Roy is one of the most misleading customer representatives at this AT&T store. We are in the process of cleaning up his mess.
1. He told us about a trade in that would reduce our monthly payments, but when the phone was brought back the new associate advised that was not the deal he gave us.
2. He charged someone else’s accessories while we were in the store to my account and then proceeded to provide my contact information to a third customer.
3. Spoke to the district manager, Mark Peter, who said there was nothing that they could do to honor the deal that his store associate gave us.
AT&T Customer Service said there was nothing they could do and that we needed to hash this out with the store.
If we can’t trust associates to be trained correctly and communicate the correct deals then how are we supposed to make good decisions.
