Madi did my pedicure and absolutely killed it! She’s super talented, detail-oriented, and made the whole experience so relaxing. My nails look perfect and I left feeling so refreshed. Highly recommend booking with her—you won’t be disappointed!

This was my first visit to Gwendolyn's Salon and Spa and I it was an exceptional experience. The salon is beautiful and Gwen is a warm and wonderful person who immediately leaves her clients feeling supremely comfortable and well cared for.
At a difficult time, with so many uncertainties and unknowns in the coming days, Gwendolyn has offered her time and attentions with a gentle kindness I deeply cherish. Exceptional in every way!

Stylist: Rebecca is my stylist. Started with Linda. When she left I went to rebecca. Have been going to Gwen's for 29 years
Every week and always come out looking beautiful and I'm 85 years young. They have always squeeze me it if something special came up with short notice. I've had my hair cut, colored and styled. Had my makeup done for special occasions and with have it done again in September for my granddaughters wedding. Even had a facial. Always more than satisfied Go gwendolynns

Left in tears…I had an appointment just for a bangs trim at 5:30 went up to the desk when it got to be 5:55 bc I had 0 update on when I will be taken back…it seemed I was forgotten about or not checked in.. the women took me back. Showed her a photo of what I wanted and she started to cut my bangs dry and seemed rushed… as soon and I put my glasses on they looked nothing like the photo they are way to short…she said give it 2 days and they will look better…. I was in shock and just started to cry… I just paid and left but was not a great experience didn’t like that it was rushed and left really I’m happy and in tears…. Not sure I will return or recommend

I just had my hair done at Gwendolyn’s Salon and was lucky enough to get Gwen herself! She is a sweetheart, and did such an amazing job on my hair! I love it!
Gwen colored my roots, did a few highlights, gave me a trim and blow dried my hair and pricing was very reasonable.
I used to go to her years ago when I lived in Limerick when she just opened her salon at her other location and it was nice seeing her again! She even remembered me too!
Everyone at her salon is so nice and welcoming you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door! Every single person that walked out stopped to say goodbye to Gwen personally, and their hair looked gorgeous! Lovely place, I highly recommend to everyone!

My rating on this business is not for the the entire business but on the stylist who attempted to cut my wife's hair and the front office which sets appointments. The first issue was when the appointment was set as the business did not do their job ensuring my wife would be given all of the attention of the stylist. My wife came in for a completely new style and they put her in during a time when another client was waiting for color to set (or whatever happens with that process). My wife noticed the cut was not going as planned as the stylist began to show her frustration, my wife could see the other client getting upset as she was now waiting for the stylist and the stylist even made a comment that the cut was not what she imagined. My wife noticed that her hair was shorter than she desired and eventually told the stylist to just stop. A good stylist would have mentioned that there are some areas that she would like to smooth out or make even but the stylist was obviously done and quickly finished up. So who lost in this scenario? My wife. She paid full price for a cut that was nowhere close to what she described (and even provided a picture of), was not allotted the time to get the cut she desired and is now in the process of making the corrections to her own hair that should have been taken care of before she left, she will have to get and pay for another haircut before she normally would and she is very aware, conscious and even EMBARRASSED because of her haircut. She is embarrassed to be seen or noticed which is NOT something that should come from a new haircut or new hairstyle and is not something I would like to hear if I was a stylist. The business needs to do a better job qualifying clients to see if they can be fit into a time slot while another client waits for a perm or color to set or if that client needs more dedicated time. It is not fair to the stylist, the client that now has to wait for the stylist to finish or to the client that is getting squeezed in and not being given their just time. The stylist needs to do a better job in asking for help when they are in above abilities and should NEVER, EVER let a client leave without ensuring the cut is pleasing, even and to the best of their ability or to the best of the abilities of another stylist!! Shame on everyone involved for allowing this to happen and yes my wife is looking for a new stylist and new place to get her hair styled.

OMG this place is wonderful!! My daughter recommended here. I wasn’t sure what to expect but my awesome stylist Denise instantly put me at ease and LISTENED to me and what I wanted. She was honest and didn’t promise me anything she couldn’t deliver. She went above and beyond what I thought was possible with my hair. Not to mention that she was so easy to talk to I felt like we were friends for a long time. Everyone in the salon was super nice and just “real”. Did I mention it was totally affordable? It's a bit of a drive for us, but Denise is a wonderful person and does an amazing job on my wife's hair so it's absolutely worth it. The salon is in an old house, well done, and it feels like each room has a distinct feel to it. There are also trinkets and such on display everywhere that can be purchases, with some proceeds going toward good causes. Denise was also absolutely fantastic with giving our daughter her first haircut. We are solid repeat customers.
