Do NOT rent an RV from this place. They do not maintain the rvs at all. We had the following issues:
- refrigerator never worked properly
- the drain under the shower was completely disconnected
- the toilet was moldy and there was a live field mouse inside the toilet
- the kitchen sink back up and leaked under the cabinet.
If cruise america doesn't provide adequate compensation we plan on taking the to small claims court.

This is my local service shop, and they are really good about getting our cars in for service. I appreciate that they don't try the hard sell on recommended services. They are mentioned but never forced on you. And compared to a dealership, the prices are excellent.

They returned a Phish fan's wallet to them that they lost in their rented vehicle with all the money in it and trusted him to follow-up with the shipping costs (which they of course did). Kudos to them for being honest folks. Pay it forward!

These folks are the real deal. Rented an RV from them and forgot my wallet in it. I had to fly back to Michigan where I live and they overnighted it to me. I didn’t have enough cash for shipping but they covered me until i received it and paid them back over the phone. Honest business with a good heart. Faith in humanity restored.
As far as the RV service goes, fantastic. No complaints. Everything worked well. We had full gas and fresh water tank to start. They weren’t stingy on the return, though we did our best to keep it in pristine shape. Will be back to rent if I’m ever back in the area.

The only place I never felt like I was being ripped off when getting a repair done. They care about the work they are doing, understand the costs, work on solutions and treat you right. All 6 of my cars go here so I have piece of mind.

They always manage to resolve emergent issues as they are developed. And great for scheduled repairs and inspections. Fair pricing, no gouging or unnecessary work.

Would give a 0 star if I could. I booked an RV truck at this location through Cruise America a month in advance. 4 days before pickup, my reservation was moved to a new location which was 1 hour further for us. Cruise America told us the size we booked was not available but was willing to give us an upgrade and moved us back to this location. The next days we saw the same thing happened. We got moved to the other location again. We called Cruise America, got moved back. This happened again for the 3rd time. And the day before our trip, the owner of this place Pat Kelly called and told us he would not rent to us. He was really rude and said it was personal. Only then and there we realized that all of the frustration of being moved back and forth between locations was because Pat did not like my husband. Pat sold my husband a bad used car more than 10 years ago and a complaint was made. Stay away from this place if you can!! Very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful!!!

I've been a Kelly's customer for a few years now I work nearby so it's convenient to have my car worked while I'm at my job. I feel they do a great job and always call me and let me know what's going on and what the cost will be. They have my permission to run my credit card on file and leave the keys so I can get my car when I'm finished work. It's always been easy to get my car on the road with Kelly's Reading the reviews of pep boys makes me wonder why people don't use Kelly's instead?
