“This shop is always worth your time when you're in Phoenixville. You can find the most unique items and it's difficult to leave empty handed. The store itself is set up beautifully. You really have to look to appreciate the details and when you scan you notice it's like a fantastic museum shop, but with much more interesting finds. The prices are fair and the quality is top notch. The staff is approachable, friendly, helpful, and available if you need them, but otherwise you can just enjoy the store.”

Overall, love the quality of this brand but I only shop the deals at the store and look elsewhere for discounted items.”

Normally these kind of stores only exist in the city, so I'm so glad to have discovered one so close to home! “Hot Topic will always be my favorite store. I have never left there empty handed. I love the variety of band shirts, anime items, horror movie items and the best place to go around Halloween time. The best part is not I get to share my love for this store with my daughter, the only downfall is she wants to buy everything! The store employees are always nice and helpful too. Honestly a little too helpful when they suggest other things to my daughter who just “has to have it”. lol.”

“While the outlets are great and we got some great deals the advertised open and close times on the website do not apply to all stores. We arrived just after opening and many stores were still closed and would be until noon! They should put individual business hours on the website or at least put a note to check with individual retailers!”
