Ordered 2 chicken snack wraps and a cup of fries last night for dinner before going to work. Ended up getting food poisoning at work for a SECOND time. The first time was a year ago from a burrito. I am from Altoona and never had these issues from sheetz before. Maybe you should teach your employees about food safety again..

The overnight manager guy is super friendly and thoughtful. I recently started working second shift and I stopped in tonight after work for snacks and beers to celebrate my weekend starting. There was one guy working and he did great. Made my after work interaction so easy. Thanks, man!

This is normally my favorite Sheetz in Lycoming County. Last two trips the food was horrible. I spent close to $40 and they will not be getting my family's business again for quite some while. I've tried reaching out to Sheetz and I get no response so I'm turning to this platform to complain since the company doesn't seem to find it reasonable to resolve regulars issues. I got a bucket of mozzarella sticks, boneless bites, curly fries, and a soft cinnamon sugar pretzel. I was charged .99 cents per dip. Like I do not want anything for free but you shouldn't be making a profit off a condiment that is needed to consume something. A bucket comes with 3 sauces but they all must be the same. I buy the buckets to split among my family of 4. My kids are toddlers so the majority of the food is for my husband and me. So for everyone to get the correct condiment I pay roughly 7 dollars more and end up with tons of extras of the "3". Anyway I'm a tad off-topic. The sauces are the least of my complaints. The boneless bites bucket that cost me 14-15 dollars with sauces was only half full! The bucket of fries was so soggy and barely had any fries in it! They tied the plastic bags so tight everything with hot food in them that the steam turned everything disgustingly soggy to the point the breading was falling off. My toddlers wouldn't touch it, and they were the only reason I even purchased food. My cinnamon sugar pretzel was soggy had no cinnamon sugar and didn't come with a sauce. I again got charged a dollar for hot cream cheese icing. We are in the process of moving and don't currently have a kitchen. So we've relied on Sheetz a lot thos week o ly to throw out a ton of food, food, money and time. Attached are pictures of the food before we consumed any to show the portions we received.

We stopped with a small group of student athletes and the MTO team quickly became overwhelmed. Someone jumped on the PA system and announced all MTO orders would be delayed 15 minutes. It really was fine but it was clear the team there wasn't thrilled to have us all show up.

What kind of store is Sheetz ?? we had to stop in the middle of the night to rest for maybe an hour or two while traveling and the employee had enough energy to knock on my window, tell us this is no truck stop and if we didn't leave she would call the cops. Then I called the store to ask for the employee’s information and she wouldn't give a name LOL and said she'd call the cops again. We waited another 10 minutes, the cops never showed. Sorry we rested for a little bit so we didn't get into an accident ? Hope this isn't a family owned business and your family never needs to rest while traveling. Let's note, this store was completely dead, we weren't bothering anyone and we weren't in anyone's way. We picked to stop at Sheetz because it was the only place around we figured would be safe. I guess Sheetz wants you to pull over on the road side instead LOL The little girls at night running the show need an attitude adjustment and to work on their customer service skills. If I worked there, I wouldnt care what the rules or policies said. If someone was tired and couldn't drive/needed to rest, SAFETY over anything else first. Thanks Sheetz!

We order a chicken ceaser wrap and how does a store for the main part of a wrap it has no chicken no ceaser and no mayo just lettuce and tomato onion and croutons was all that wason it dry as hell it gross and this isn't the first time they screwed food up it almost all the time
