We needed to store our household goods for a few months. Metro met our needs. A 10’ x 20’ climate controlled, secure unit with easy access. Metro provides a clean environment. Different size units are available with price incentives. Their staff are very friendly and helpful.

The facility is well maintained and so convenient. The manager, Mike, was extremely helpful and personable. There is an indoor garage bay for loading/unloading and plenty of carts. Very easy and efficient setup. Highly recommend!

Daniel was very nice and helpful. My only concern was when he told me that rates would not go up for at least 13 months but there is nothing stating that in any documents.

Pristinely clean building and units with easily accessible entrances and hauling equipment! Mike hooked us up and was helpful and personable, would recommend to anyone looking for some storage space!

Nothing but great things to say about my experience at Metro Self Storage - Line Lexington. Property was always clean. Office staff were always helpful (especially Mike). The climate control aspect is a game changer. The prices were very competitive and among the most affordable in the area. Highly recommend.

The customer service recieved from Metro self storage (line Lexington) is excellent.The manager (Danny) is such a wonderful person. You can be rest assured he will answer all your questions and gets you the best deal available.Ultra clean and secure facility, best deal and outstanding customer service.....I recommend them for your storage needs.

I was looking for a safe, clean, climate control storage facility and hit a home run with Metro Self Storage. There are multiple entrances including two bay doors that keep you out of the weather. The process from me walking into the facility, to seeing the units, to signing the agreement took less than 20 minutes which was also a plus.

Great experience for a storage unit rental. So so clean. Security is the best. This place is the goto for all your storage needs. They offer packing supplies as well. Wow things have changed since the 90s lol. Not smelly or run down. Check them out.

Metro storage is exceptionally clean and safe units. I was very comfortable going there at anytime of the day. There was always someone in the office if I needed help. I would definitely use them again.

We are a military family and have relocated many, many times over the last 18 years and Metro Self Storage has been the best storage facility we’ve ever used.Management is terrific in many ways- the floors are always swept, he provides great customer service and keeps the place very secure! We get into our suit (indoor unit) several times a month and one time I tried cutting through the office for convenience and he made me walk out and use my passcode, and I can appreciate that!
