We have been banking with about 10 years now and always have been served with excellent service with our business accounts. Since we moved to Chalfont, our whole family have switched our personal accounts to the Univest. This Line Lexington branch is one of the best for convenience and warm welcome service.

At the branch on June 19, 2019. Called the location at 9:02 am (2 minutes after opening). Last week I had asked if I was able to receive coin rollers. They told me “just this one time we no longer do this.†Okay fine. This morning I call, very nice lady tells me she will give me rollers for my 125$ in change (quarters nickels dimes). Upon arrival, they give me the rollers I sit alone packing the rollers with change. After 25 minutes of this, the “big boss†I guess (very rude) comes up to me and says “we no longer accept this, we send all change in a bag and you will see the total in your account in one week. A WEEK FOR MY MONEY IM GIVING YOU TODAY!!??? What!!?? Now I'm upset, I hand the (very rude) teller my cash + coins after the big boss allows it “just onceâ€, the money machine gets jammed. She says the machine read that I only gave her 60$. When in fact it was 184$. Now the big boss comes over again and prints a receipt, the receipt from the jammed machine supposedly says (180$). Okay forget the 4$ I tell her, she says the machine is never wrong , yet told me I only gave her 60$?!?! Proceeds to take her good old time. Not to mention her and the big boss complain and roll their eyes about having to count out $8.30 in loose quarters nickels and dimes. THOUGHT THE BANKS WANTED US TO DEPOSIT!!! Only nice lady today was the one at the window! Genuinely cared about her customers. The other two (Indian lady and dude that looked 25) AVOID! They all tell you different things!!! Been banking for 7 years and planning on leaving!

The tellers and branch managers are friendly and knowledgeable. I've been a very happy customer of this branch for many years, and really especially appreciate Anne and Sharon who always remember my name and make a point of saying hello and asking how I'm doing as soon as I walk in. Excellent customer service!!

Probably one of the worst banks I've used. I had an issue with my account. I remember when making the account that I opted out of somethings and now that came to bite me in the rear. I go to the bank to try and fix my problem and find out that I'm screwed no matter what I do. The thing I opted out of to protect me didn't help and the bank basically told me I was screwed. I will be closing my accounts with this bank and will tell everyone to stay away. This is the second time I had a problem with this bank and I will never go back.

Live right around the corner, the ATM has been out of order more times than I can count. Surcharge at all other ATM's which I've been forced to go to. Unviest needs to have more flexible hours as well. However, the staff is always nice and pleasant.

My first time going in this specific Univest, I dont have an Univest account but I come to this bank to cash my work checks. So today I went in; I lost my "U.S IDs", waiting for a new one to arrive , so I been using my passport (Not a U.S passport) as a form of ID, so one of the ladys tells the girl who is helping me that my check cant be cash because is not an U.S passport nor I dont have a U.S valid picture ID... So according to them they cant cash it because its not a Valid U.S so I explained to the ladys that Ive done it before (2 times) at other Univest Banks, and since when is this a rule or policy, the lady gives me a hard time and calls my boss who signed the check to make sure everything was okay and asked him to described me. I honestly didnt like the service I felt like they were discriminating, like i was racially profiled and they were just so rude about it, the lady even told me to go cash my check at the one where I usually go to. So if you DO NOT HAVE A VALID US PICTURE ID dont go to this specific Univest, they wont cash it. According to them its not a Valid ID. So my foreign passport did not work here to cash a check or open an account.

The Best bank. The staff is beyond helpful with anything you need & they're happy to make sure you're taken care of. Not only this location, but all locations. I'll put the same thing at other locations I've been (unless otherwise👋)
