I’m in the area vacationing and preparing to head back to Florida in a few days when my 2013 RAM truck gets stuck in fourth gear.I called half a dozen shops all but 2 said they were swamped or had lost their transmission guy. Of the other 2, Complete Auto Repair was the only shop that said bring it right over.On arrival, I saw a bustling garage with several mechanics working. They saw me coming and met me when I parked. I explained my situation and Adam, the owner, had diagnosed the problem, located the necessary parts, and gave a quote within 30 minutes.Then he said he’d try to have it done that same day. He had the repair finished and road tested 3-4 hours later that same day.Talk about exceeding expectations!

The knowledge of the owner and the superiorAdministrative ability of his wife as the office manager makes this the only place to have automotive work donePlus they pride themselves on honestyUnfortunately I have had some terrible experience as of late with another local repairFacility that installed a used junkyard transmission into my SUV and told me that is a rebuilt transmissionNow I am suing this dishonest business owner in courtThank you Complete Automotive Repair for everything you have doneIf I could I would give them 10 stars

I had been to 6 other mechanics before reaching this one to fix an issue with numerous possible causes. I had diagnoses ranging from engine to transmission and everything in between. This place got me in right away, and no more than 10 minutes had a diagnosis. Less than a day later I had my car back with the problem fixed. I was, and still am, ecstatic! C.A.R.S holds many year's of experience and they always get your problem figured out and fixed. Our company trusts them to do all of our fleet work including our everyday drivers. They are honest, professional, and easy to get along with. They have done transmissions for us as well as normal repairs. We will continue to use them and are happy to find a good repair shop.

They quoted me 2k for work to be completed on exhaust manifolds on both sides of the motor. They did one side and charged me the full price for parts and labor. I later realized what they did and the excuss was they had a really tuff time with the one side. Yet the still charged me the full amount originally quoted. They got me ONCE but never again... BEWARE! They are ripp offs

Want to thank Adam and the crew for a bang up exhaust job on my 2019 Ram 1500. We discussed what I wanted out of the upgrade. When I picked it up the guys definitely delivered!!! They’ve also done numerous repairs on my 2007 buck Rainer ( tranny included) awesome pricing and great work!! My go to hands down!!!
