The house needed a complete interior renovation - the 17 year tenant was a heavy smoker requiring a tremendous amount of work throughout the house. Kristi helped me choose electrical, painting, flooring, carpentry, counters, and cleaning contractors from her local database. She even went to Home Depot on numerous occasions to select and pick up materials. Together, but mostly due to her hard work, organizational skills, and persistence, we completed the renovation within 2 months and the house sold in two days!! Kristi was absolutely essential in making everything happen on time and with perfect results. I was really impressed with the way she marshaled the contractors - keeping them on schedule and within costs. Her energy and enthusiasm are remarkable.
