The gun shop is very small and cluttered which is understandable. I love supporting local businesses but this one was unorganized and a mess. The staff were rude and condescending which is the main issue besides the horrendous pricing. I’ve been to gun shops all over the place and this was one of the worst experiences ever. A gun shop in Delaware (Miller’s Gun Center) was very pushy and stated that they only FFL to this gun shop in PA. They wouldn’t FFL it anywhere else in PA. The average FFL transfer for a pistol is $20-$30. This place charged $45 for an FFL transfer for just one pistol, which is way overpriced! The staff were also very rude. I called them ahead of time to see if I needed an appointment to pick up the gun since the tracking number stated it was delivered 2 days ago. They stated that they didn’t get it despite the tracking listing a specific name that signed for it 2 days ago in the afternoon. So I double checked it and called back. They asked what the purpose of the phone call was even though I just told them. They aren’t very smart and aren’t easy to talk with at all. I have experience working in the gun shop industry and understand how transfers are done with all of the background work involved when dealing with customers. I also do 10-20 transfers a year for myself because I’m a collector and compete. These employees are very unprofessional. Even if they had the best deals in town, I wouldn’t even buy from them because I don’t support businesses that have terrible customer service. I would drive over an hour to go elsewhere. They’re arrogant and seemed very scattered brained. I wouldn’t trust them to do an FFL transfer considering that they were adamant that they didn’t receive the gun even though they did. Being unorganized in this industry is scary and definitely sketchy. In general, gun store employees are typically above average with customer service by being courteous, understanding and professional. This is not the case at all.Rebuttal: I don’t know any gun store that is confused by the phrase “I’m here to pick up the FFL transfer that came in”. The phone call started with you providing incorrect information as well as attitude as if you had better things to do than one of the purposes of your business which is to conduct FFL transfers. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt because you never know if they’ve had a bad day, but even when I was there in person, you were still unprofessional and skeevy as soon as I walked in the door even though you didn’t know who I was.

Nice people running the shop. Unfortunately, they won't transfer a firearm from an online purchase...

These guys have the best prices in town. There is absolutely no doubt about that. On top of that they are extremely respectful and kind. They aren’t arrogant like some of the people shops in the area. They will always get my business!Edit- I just went in last week and picked up a sig p320 for 629 dollars. The next closest price I got was 690, after calling several shops. This shop continues to give the best prices on firearms in this area. And their customer service is still great! Will definitely keep coming back!

This shop has the best prices in the 50 mile radius and it’s not even close. I always compare prices locally and even a little farther and there isn’t a single shop that can beat their prices. On top of that the staff that works there (Tony) are some of the most kindest. I started getting into firearms last summer and I was first very intimidated but the staff are really patient and they really do care about you. With their current prices I will not go anywhere!

I was looking for powder for my M1917 30-06 and Swiss K31 7.5x55 and stumbled across Miller's via Google. I got there and was really surprised at the amount of reloading supplies they had in their small store. Both of the guys working were really nice and extremely helpful in deciding what powder/powders I needed for the two rifles. My reloading book didn't have the IMR powder data I was looking for for the 7.5x55 so they pulled out there book and found the data I needed. I walked out with 2 pounds of powder for $65, which I was really happy about as their prices are easily half of what you would pay on Gunbroker without the shipping. Unfortunately I didn't have time to look around as much as I wanted, but I will definitely be back to look further into what they have. Well worth the trip!!

Stopped in today for the first time. The staff was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable about a wide range of firearms. They were relatively well-stocked (given the current situation) with a nice variety of ammunition, all being sold at reasonable prices. Their honest pricing, impressive firearm knowledge, nice selection of ammunition and rifles, and willingness to stock reloading supplies has earned them my business. Miller's will now be my first stop whenever I'm out looking for ammunition, reloading supplies, or a new toy to sneak into the house. Thanks guys!

Great local gun shop with some realt great options and fair pricing. Friendly staff once they get to know you. They have something for everyone. The found a great used beretta bl2 that was gorgeous. But a little short for my liking. Someone will find a great buy here. I have purchased a couple north American arms here and plane on another soon. Till next time
