You have rude workers and a few nice and professional ones Majority seem like they don't care or take their job seriously. Maybe one is professional and friendly. March 5th 2025 at 2:15 am. If a customer say thank you to two different workers and not one responded back?. Ignorant workers.

I made an online order for a box of Wawa 12 count K-cups coffee for $13.79 and they sent me 12 empty Wawa coffee cups and I called and they said it was a new associate well that isn't an excuse the shift supervisor shouldn't of had a new person on take-out orders without checking the work first and why would I pay that much for empty cups ! Wawa is really going downhill in Linwood and the big Wawas don't have the neighborhood friendliness anymore either .

I've never had an experience as bad as this one. I went here for a DoorDash and could not get any service. When I finally did, the guy at the register was nice to the customers but acted as if I didn't exist. It was almost as if I was being profiled or discriminated against. He eventually called a lady from the deli and asked her to help with the 'dasher'. She was rude as well as I said thank you while she shoved the bag in my hand. Mind you, I even did the shopping portion of the order. All I needed was the quesadilla from behind the register counter (which was getting colder by the minute). I normally do not leave negative feedback but this type of behavior affects our ratings as delivery drivers. This all happened over the course of 12 minutes as I waited patiently without dispute.

No gas, no bathroom. How is this a Wawa? At least the cashier was able to give good directions to a real Wawa nearby. Pictures of this location are false.

This Wawa location has bad customer service. The staff doesn't try to substitute items if unavailable if the customer ask and doesn't put in extra effort to help out customers. The deli staff and counter staff are 2 different stations and workers don't help out each other if the other employee needs it in a different station. A certain employee there hangs up the phone on customers on night shift.

This place is a last resort for anything. Less than 50/50 chance you'll get what you paid for. Often without coffee which is a fireable offense for a manager. Usually order something, pay for it, stand in line waiting for it for over 10 minutes only to have one of their highly skilled employees tell you they dont have what you ordered. The place needs to be closed down.

I use this Wawa A lot. The staff is friendly and the store is well lit and clean. The service is good and the timing and wait time is good. They have lots of items to choose from. The store is open 24/7 every day of the week.

Wish the food would be fresher. And staff Could be more helpful. I really wish they would remind us to use the Rewards cards but almost every wawa I go to never ask if you have one anymore. I Have mostly worked customer service and cashiering, and we were always taught.
To ask about the rewards, but I guess nowadays are different?

I can't wait till they shut this wawa down .. coffee taste like water because there to lazy to not change the grounds so they run them 2 and 3 times absolutely horrible... bad management obviously

A classic store where they dont care about employees and let management run rampant. Tina on 3rd shift does nothing but talk almost everytime im in there while she watches her employees work. And they've let tina get away with putting hands on employees and she will just sit there if you are being berated or threatened. Thats the management on 3rd. Oh btw youll get fired for swearing but a manager can do all that. And no I didn't work here but ive heard the horror stories from people who have. All the other workers are pleasant but tina ruins it. If anything avoid working on 3rd.
