If I could give no stars, I totally would. Requested a quote and didn't a response for 3-weeks. Once I received a "reply" I was told that they would not move forward with a proposal because of the style rooms that I wanted in my finished basement.
I would stay away from Jay and this company.

It has been a wonderful experience with Eagle Building Solutions. It is a very honest company to deal with. The remarkable work they do...is amazing. My husband and I recommend them to anyone looking to have any remodeling work...or building an addition onto your home. No matter what you are looking for with projects like this....be assured they will do an excellent job.

We are extremely satisfied with the work that was done in our home. Eagle Building Solutions finished off our basement beautifully adding a bedroom w/ walk-in closet, full bathroom, kitchenette, large living area, movie room, and 3 storage areas. installed white vinyl railing on my front porch. installed white vinyl posts and aluminum handrail on my rear steps. installed aluminum handrail on one side of my basement steps. installed 3 pairs of mastic shutters. all work was done to my satisfaction. thank you jay and jeff.

We had an exterior french door replaced in June of 2021. The door installation was done very well and the communication from Jay regarding the install and follow up work was timely and clear. Very happy with the finished product.

Great experience!Eagle Building Solutions was recommended when we were needed our gutters replaced last fall. We had first reached out to another well-known local company but their quote was extremely high and their customer service was less then satisfactory. So of course we chose Eagle Building and were extremely please with the timely install and value. After having such a great experience the first time, we contacted them a couple months later to replace our roof. They were extremely patient and worked with us during all the back-and-forth with the insurance company to get work approved. Their estimate was once again most reasonable and we greatly appreciated all the schedule updates as the weather kept pushing out the start date. The roof install was timely, efficient and we will definitely consider Eagle Building Solutions for future projects.

Almost as important to me as the quality of the job is that all phases of the project are completed at the agreed upon time. From the time I emailed for an estimate for replacing the gutters and downspouts of my home I received a quick response and within a few days I had a bid. The price was reasonable, I accepted and a date was set for the installation. Installers arrived on schedule, and they were very efficient with the install. Within a few hours the project was completed (two story single home) and all trash was hauled away. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of the work and material. The gutters Eagle Building Solutions installed matched our siding exactly and make our house look brand new! The two installers got it done just in time as a few raindrops started falling. Since the installation, we did not have a drop of water in our basement even after the heavy rain the night and day after. They are the rain gutter experts.

Eagle Building Solutions was recommended to us by two neighbors, so we used them to install some new gutters and to repair some leaks in gutters installed by others. They did excellent work at a reasonable price. Jason Valudes, the sales representative with whom we worked was very helpful and responsive to our requests for quotations and did an excellent job of coordinating the installation. Braiden did the actual gutter work, and he was very professional, skilled and courteous. We highly recommend Eagle Building Solutions, and look forward to using them for future projects at our home.

Very unprofessional and rude the way they blocked the entrance to our office building and would not move their equipment. They resorted to name calling when I asked them to consider the fact that they were in the way.

The job this company did on re-routing some of our gutters was fine. We also mentioned we thought there may be an issue on the roof as we had noticed evidence of leakage on our kitchen ceiling. So they looked at the roof and repaired a couple of boots around the vents. They said the rest of the roof looked great. After the job was complete my husband noticed something else he wanted to be done and sent an email requesting they come back. He never received a reply to the email. A few weeks later we had a water issue inside the lower level of the house and ,at first, thought it could have to do with the re-routed gutters. Also there was a new wet spot on the kitchen ceiling. I called them explaining the problems and was told they would have someone call me back. We never heard from them. It turned out the problem on the lower level had nothing to do with the gutters. We called a different, more thorough, company in and they found the entire roof vent needed too be replaced which Eagle Solutions never even saw. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They're follow up customer service was very poor. And they're original assessment of our roof was completely wrong.
