This is my second visit to apPIERances salon and it was as rewarding as my first visit. Valerie listened to what I wanted and cut my hair as I requested. She took pictures of my cut on my first visit and we used that to discuss changes I wanted the second time around. After yesterday's cut, more pics were taken to be used on my next visit. I am very happy to have found a stylist/salon that provides such a high degree of customer service.

This was my first time visit at apPIERances. I called in a bit of an urgency to get an appointment for a highlight and cut. They were able to get me in right away. It was instantly friendly and welcoming. Val nailed my hair needs, left me with a style I can do at home. I would definitely recommend this salon.
Stylist: Valerie was my stylist and she is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and experienced.

Val is amazing! She goes above and beyond for her customers. My Mom has been a customer of apPIERances for 4-5 years now. They always make time for her to get her hair done, Val & Liz even came out to do my Mom's hair when my Mom was in a rehab center to give her a purple hue while she was there. This time she decided on Blue. They have a few colors to choose from, and every one who works there are friendly and accommodating. Definitely stop in and say Hi... You will become a customer for life. Pets are more than welcome

Giving 3 stars because everyone was so nice and accommodating. I got my nails done and truly they are a mess. My nails burned as she took my polish off with an electric file and now they are so thin. I usually soak off. The polish isn't evenly covering my nails. One nail didn't even get a top coat. The design wasn't great. I would've rather she said she couldn't do it. And I paid over $40 for these. Just so disappointed. And after taking an hour and a half I didn't say anything because I didn't have time to stay longer.
Update- Val fixed them up after hours and they now look amazing! Highly recommend her :)

They are the dearest people. Care about their customers. Doing wonders for in grown toenails. Wonderful coffee and conversation
