Eli and Sammey are the worst people I've done business with. Both of them screwed up, lied, and were incredibly unprofessional and I had to end up paying for their incompetence. This place desperately needs new management

If you’re looking for a store to help set up a new device that was shipped to you, go somewhere else. All we needed was someone to help do a data transfer from the cloud, and they sent us to a store 25 minutes away. Kind of pointless having a store if they aren’t allowed to help with something simple.

They are quick to help you when you enter the store. Very communicated on all things that you are concerned with. Would definitely recommend this store if you have any problems with your phone and other electronics!

Eliyah was amazing! He was multitasking beautifully between helping me and another lady upgrade phones and stayed late for me to make sure everything transferred over correctly (which is extra appreciated) He was so kind and even answered extra questions for my mom and her phone! Thanks again Eliyah!!

Elijah has a great knowledge of the business. He also has perfect manners, and is willing to go above and beyond to assist with his customers concerns. AT&T should value him very highly. He deserves more than an accommodation for his customers service. The fact that I was lucky enough to have Eliyah as a sales representative speaks volumes about the quality of employee that AT&T hires. The service I've received at the lititz pike store has been the best experience I've had at any of the wireless service providers I've ever been to. I'll recommend my friends and family to not just switch to AT&T, but to do it at this particular store. And if possible to ask for Eliyah himself. Keep up the good work, Eliyah and the entire lititz pike staff. Commendations all around.

Hands down the BEST AT&T store! Edward was the most knowledgeable and helpful person! Helped us when 2 other at&t stores wouldnt. Answered all of our questions, and explained why. There needs to more Edward’s in this world!!! Edward was the only reason we decided to stay at AT&T. Seriously can’t stress enough how helpful he was. I will only go to this store from now on.

The young gentleman that helped me out was amazing. He gave me honest options, was considerate with my budget and did not push for for me to purchase anything I did not want/need. Watched him work with other customers with the same care and patient.
