Food isn't hot when you get it... They don't always put on your sandwich what should be put on. The only way to read the menu is an electronic board with 4 sections... One of the 4 wasn't working, so the manager rebooted all of them, which took longer to order since there was no way to read the menu (the one is still out)

Stop making breakfast sandwiches and letting them on the warmer before a customer even orders. Everytime I order a sandwich it is cold!!! Me and my son this morning decided to not to go here

This place is a mess. They literally take one order at a time and will only fulfill that order one order from beginning to the end then they will take the next person. On my lunch break I did a mobile order and now I’m stuck in a drive thru with a total of 6 cars. My lunch only has 15 mins left. This is crazy. But don’t worry never again.

After the renovation, dining room is incredibly small and loud. Service is much slower for some reason. It WAS my preferred lunch location while working up this way. I need a new lunch place!Uodate: Feb 2024Words can’t describe how insufferable and unenjoyable this wreck of a restaurant is. The drive thru voice is an absolute drain of emotion, acting like I have interrupted his day. Absolutely no pleasure is coming from this visit. Pull up to the window and we got our little drive thru headset one side of his melon and an AirPod in his other ear. Speaks volumes of the management and work ethic of every single being in that shack of angst. I sure hope they’re only making $7.25 as that’s all they are worth.

You don't expect a whole bunch at a Burger King Restaurant, But you do expect to be recognized as a customer shortly after you arrive in an empty restaurant, in addition to a smile or welcome and thanks for coming in. That didn't happen and should be provided to any customer by any employee especially from what I think was a Manager. A manager should train employees to smile and what their job is and that can not happen if the manager doesn't know that herself. By the way, I have been to many Burger Kings and they usually are one of the best fast food facilities with god to very good food, service and pleasing customers.

Service was fast. Fries were ok. My whopper sandwich had the whopper jr. Buns on it. I had leave to my next appointment or I would have said something to the manager.

DON'T COME TO THIS ONE!! HELP GIVE TIPS TO EMPLOYEES AND COOKS!!!This has been going on for a while and it keeps getting worse. This place has very rude managers. The manager, She doesn't treat everyone equally and she has yelled at customers especially through the drive thru. She doesn't help out and will leave 1 employee alone in the kitchen when its busy. She sometimes leaves too or just doesn't help. There will also be 1 employee at the front counter. There should be two in the kitchen and two in the front if its busy. I get places are understaffed but the managers should help every employee and schedule three people at least on the same day. The food is good when fresh and when its not busy. When it is busy the food isn't the best but its probably because the employees are stressed and not getting help. I've seen managers so many times just leave or don't help. Ive seen people yell at each other too and insult and at some customers. This place is one of the worst I've been to mainly because of the management. I'm sure they'll delete this.

If you order a large drink they give you a medium and small then tell you they are out of large cups. Except you see the cups at the counter. We aren’t mad, we realized this location hires IU13. Good for you, Burger

This BK was clean and efficient. Our food was hot and ready quickly. The only thing I do not understand is there are no baby changing tables in the bathroom. There is plenty of room on the walls so I don’t understand why they wouldn’t have one.

Drive through is very slow! Sometimes waiting 20-30 minutes just for a burger and frys. Will not be going here again.
