Prescription sitting in "delayed" status since 11/14. It is 11/26. No calls or options to fill elsewhere offered and obviously no effort to order per the app. Just sitting there. Transferred to another site, way better service, prescription will be ready in one day.Sadly, not all CVSs are the same. Great job CVS on Doe :)

This place is a scam and should be condemned drove everywhere to find baby formula finally found the specific formula I need at CVS went to use my Similac check coupon for 18$ and they couldn't figure out how to do it called some idiot named Brenda who obviously doesn't know what shes doing either and was told they don't accept these I guess Ill use my scannable Similac coupon in my email then that Ive been using at CVS for months then NOPE cant figure that out either and Big bad Brenda and the nitwit manager cannot accept this even though your did on Sunday at the same location and it discounted the price so obviously the coupon is valid thereHey CVS get management who is more useful than a pile of donkey dung and to Brenda you best be sending me a gift card or Im going to do this every day until I get my money back you scumbag

The employees are insanely rude and lazy. When I ask other locations if they are capable of doing certain things they say all locations can provide the service meaning if the employees at this location simply don’t feel like doing something because they are lazy, they won’t do it. Terrible experiences every single time you go in. Lots of very annoyed and unhappy customers.

The lady that works at the pharmacy (not the pharmacist) is probably the RUDEST customer service person I’ve EVER spoken to. Definitely will never use this CVS again for prescriptions TERRIBLE, rude, nasty, & gets smart like she is trying to argue with you over you asking if the prescription is ready

I have been shopping here for over a decade. I do see a decline in customer service. I was hoping this pharmacy would grow to be a 24 hour service location but instead they are cutting down on business hours.

…when could not use the 40% on sale item..in isle did not have marked sale item for the Scott tissue…it should be marked there too….and I would have skipped that today and got another item but is ok…that often is the case……over all u guys r good..

I thought this CVS would be different, FALSE. Unhappy, unprofessional pharmacy staff that seem to care less about my experience at their pharmacy. LONG LINES at all times of day. I have yet to come here and not wait an unreasonable amount of time. There are good local pharmacies, back to them I drive.

This is for the CVS in Lititz, Kissel Hill - I have one script that I am forced to call for a refill, once a month, and every single month, I sit on hold for 30/45/60 minutes. I know that it’s not the employees fault, it’s definitely the CVS Corporation that needs to get their organization sorted out!! The Pharmacists and employees try their hardest but they need more help and management apparently can’t pay people enough money to stay.

I have received two separate messages from this location giving me opposite information. I tried calling to clarify 6 times, one of the times waiting over 35 minutes on the phone. Nobody will answer. I even tried calling the front desk, instead of the pharmacy and I can't get through. I understand people are busy, but this is extremely unprofessional. There is no callback, voicemail, etc. to reach anyone.

I needed a vaccine but my doctor's office could not accommodate my schedule so I scheduled my vaccine online at this store. The pharmacist took me early, answered my questions, filled out my yellow card, and even administered a second vaccine which I needed but had not scheduled. She was very knowledgeable about the vaccines and the schedules. She was juggling a lot of other duties at the same time but was impressively attentive to the details. I knew I would need to wait since I hadn't scheduled the second vaccine and I waited patiently because she saved me another trip. I also observed an assistant helping multiple customers, providing knowledgeable answers to their questions, and helping to figure out insurance issues. These people do not get enough credit for the job they do. It is high pressure and detail oriented. Add to that they are working with people who may not be feeling well to begin with and it could be a frustrating situation. While they were obviously busy and hurried, they were not at all rude or curt. I thought they were quite impressive at almost 8:00 pm after probably working a long shift.
