I belong to the CVS Care... Getting that each month plus other coupons and discounts is great for someone on a budget.

Completely messed up my prescriptions! Mistake after mistake to the point where I didn't receive them, yet they marked them as received. The negligence rises to a level I believe may be illegal. I've been very patient, but the last series of mistakes is inexcusable! Finding a new pharmacy and exploring reporting options with the State.

I have been trying to call about my prescription for the last hour nobody answered the phone. How is a pharmacy run with nobody answering phones. I don't understand it. This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of using. The only reason that I use it is because it's closest to my house and I have issues getting rides places. I hate this pharmacy especially this location. I just am so disgusted right now that they can't even answer their freaking phone.

CVS you should be ashamed of yourself. You have amazing employees at this location. The manager was in the pharmacy the other week helping. They care! CVS HATES ITS EMPLOYEES! Why would you not hire more people? The pharmacy is HORRIBLE and it’s not the people it’s lack of people. I’m going to change my families prescriptions to another pharmacy and cancel anything I have with you. It’s so sad how much money this company has and don’t take care of the GOOD employees.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.. top to bottom. I ultimately stopped getting my family's prescriptions filled through them altogether for so many reasons that I could list.Their retail store is just as bad, if not worse. There's never anyone at the front counter (they want you to use the two self-scan machines, instead of paying a cashier). However, the self-scans always have problems (ie. coupons, barcodes not scanning, age-restricted items) creating huge lines.Avoid this mess. Shop literally anywhere else.
