This is my first time storing and it was super easy to do online. The manager Kate called to see if I needed anything and answered a few of my questions. The facility is clean and quiet and I love that my unit has a light! Thank you to the girlies!!!

I will start with I do not rent here but I am privy to the things that go on here. Every day Monday through Sunday early morning there are cars and trucks that line up around the facility to unbox and sort Amazon packages. This goes on for a few hours. It’s just in the parking lot area not in an actual storage bay. People also seem to come use this facility to park late at night and do who knows what. This all may be fine with the storage company but I would find it very frustrating if I was renting a unit and couldn’t access it and would make sure you have good locks with the amount of people who come at 2 am and park and turn all the lights off and hang out.

They took over Hearthfire Storage, and we had hardly any notice.If you don't have autopay, expect another 9 bucks for online service fee. I've rented here for 3 years. And expect your rent to go up every 6 months or sooner. My unit has more than double the price in 3 years. Expect lots of spiderwebs at your doors and inside your unit. It wasn't webby 1st couple years, now it is. As soon as the other storage facility opens up a unit , I'll be leaving. Their's is 100 less a month for same size.

Customer service was very helpful and friendly at the lititz location. I was completely satisfied with my unit and is close to my home.

The facility is relatively new and the facility operates on solar power which I thought was awesome. It has semi climate controlled units. I say semi, because in the Colder Weather they do not feel like they're really staying temperate or warm. But in hotter weather it does seem like they have something to keep it cooler. It was easy to request a unit, did everything online and never had to meet with a person. Set up Auto hey and it comes out exactly. Pricing is slightly on the higher side but comparable to everywhere else.
