Went to office to get info on renting a car. Was not helped at all and told instead to “go on the website.” No customer service provided at all and was rudely dismissed.

My rental was from Lancaster airport, Pa. The service agent that assisted me with my rental was personable, respectful and kind. The vehicle exceeded my expectations. I would definitely rent from them again.

Cancelled my reservation due to staffing issues at the office in December so I never even got a car. I went to pick up a rental in a different city at enterprise this month and it showed that this location still has a reservation open under my name so I couldn’t do another rental. Thankfully enterprise manager at this other location was helpful in voiding the error by this location. But renters beware!

Extremely rude and unhelpful. Barely was able to walk in the door and was already treated terribly. Connor is a terrible employee...I do not recommend going here!

Landed at Lancaster, PA and had no reservations but had to stay overnight and needed a rental car. Enterprise only had two vehicles available and worked with me to provide the best rental price available. Once again service above and beyond!

Connor called me to let me know, the car I just rented on their website, wouldn't be available when I reserved the vehicle. The website let the transaction go thru, but then calls me and says we cant have a car for you till 2 days after the original pickup. Was very rude on the phone, and didnt try and help the situation at all. Even though this is clearly the business model fault. If you have x number of vehicles, the computer ONLY allows X number of reservations. It's not that hard of code to write into a program. Now I have to cancel the reservation and go to a different rental.

They don't give you paperwork to confirm the time that you picked it to nor when you returned. Then try to charge you for an extra couple hours. I believe this is done on purpose to make some extra money off of customers who come in. Thank God for a supervisor via their customer service national hotline who gave me a reimbursement.
