Extremely rude and unhelpful. Barely was able to walk in the door and was already treated terribly. Connor is a terrible employee...I do not recommend going here!

Landed at Lancaster, PA and had no reservations but had to stay overnight and needed a rental car. Enterprise only had two vehicles available and worked with me to provide the best rental price available. Once again service above and beyond!

Connor called me to let me know, the car I just rented on their website, wouldn't be available when I reserved the vehicle. The website let the transaction go thru, but then calls me and says we cant have a car for you till 2 days after the original pickup. Was very rude on the phone, and didnt try and help the situation at all. Even though this is clearly the business model fault. If you have x number of vehicles, the computer ONLY allows X number of reservations. It's not that hard of code to write into a program. Now I have to cancel the reservation and go to a different rental.

They don't give you paperwork to confirm the time that you picked it to nor when you returned. Then try to charge you for an extra couple hours. I believe this is done on purpose to make some extra money off of customers who come in. Thank God for a supervisor via their customer service national hotline who gave me a reimbursement.

Connor Jackson is inept and should be fired, he incorrectly told me I needed to have a credit card to be added as an additional driver despite being shown on the website, and told by a customer service representative over the phone that he was mistaken. He then hung up the phone on his coworkers after claiming they are outsourced and don’t know the policies and told me he’s closed and can’t do anything about it and left. Never again enterprise I will go to a different rental company without incompetent employees
