“I saw Dr. Friedrich for a sinus infection. They got me in fast. She was quick and thorough, I got the meds I needed. I retracted a star because there was country music playing in waiting room, I could hear it in the doctor's room as well, it may be partly responsible for raising my blood pressure. Other than that it was a good experience.”

When I have reached out on a weekend or after hours, the on-call providers have been great. The nurses and office staff are always friendly and helpful. And this morning, I called with a medication refill problem that was entirely a result of my own error, and the nurse I spoke with helped me figure out the problem and was extremely kind, reassuring, and understanding.
