“I had ordered an arraignment for my Mother's birthday last week.
It had beautiful pinkish carnations, white & pink daisies, and a beautiful pink rose on top. She received it on her birthday. But by the next day or so she discovered it was losing water from the container. Thinking the container had a leak, she took the floral foam & arrangement out and put it in another container.
I messaged Royers and asked for a refund because her flowers were wilting already.
Then she got to looking at the original container & realized the plastic liner was bent over probably from when the florist put the floral foam inside, thus not retaining water for the flowers She told me about it. So I called Royers about what happened. And they apologized for the bent liner & flowers not lasting. They backed up their 8 Day Guarantee and sent a new arrangement to my Mother. Needless to say we are both very pleased with Royers customer service. Customers for life.”

“Got a flower delivery for my 20th Anniversary and typically my arrangements from Royer's look GREAT for 7-10 days and last about 14 but some of the flowers looked droopy after 2 days. Called up and spoke with Sonya, who was wonderful, and she was happy to replace immediately. I brought them in and she went to work right away on a replacement bouquet. Royer's is well known for beautiful flower arrangements but what really makes a business outstanding is what happens when an issue arises. “We truly couldn’t have asked for a more magical floral experience with LFC. Every single detail, from the bouquets to the breathtaking Three Musketeers arch and greenery around chandeliers, felt like it had been pulled straight out of a fairytale. The artistry and thought that went into every arrangement completely transformed the space into something ethereal.
I received so many compliments on the uniqueness of my bouquet (and I'm still getting texts about it!). It was absolutely beyond anything I ever pictured. What really set this experience apart, though, was Nadine's kindness and professionalism. She and her team went above and beyond to make everything seamless, including helping with setup and breakdown, which took such a weight off our shoulders. Waking up the next morning to everything already handled was the biggest gift.
