My wife opened an account over 2 weeks ago. We deposited a check and they said it wouldn’t be available for 10 days. Well today is the 15th the day they said we should have the check. Gee guess what now they saying won’t be available till tomorrow. That’s 11 days. So unprofessional!!! This bank is terrible! Also they lied to my wife about automatic 100 dollars available the first day. They also gave a paper that confirms 100 is available. Apparently that was a lie even tho they gave us a paper stating 100 was available. This bank is terrible!!! Avoid this bank!!!

They just updated their hours which is very limited and they're also closed on Saturday. Very disgusting

slow and horrible service, can't even go inside without an appointment and the radio communication is mumble talk. Unless you are just getting a cash withdrawal without any personal contact then avoid by any means and go to the other Lititz or Manheim branch which are normal.

Despite website indicating that the lobby is open at this branch, IT IS NOT! Was told to make an appt. or go to another branch. I left and came back later in the day, went to the drive-up window at around 3:40pm, and both lanes were closed. Again, website says drive-ups are open until 6pm. What's going on with this branch???

Stopped by to change authorizations on a NON-Profit account due to officer changes. BAnker stated that all the signors needed to be present. In the past one person could begin the process by signing a NEW Authorization document and others could come in within the week and the the banker would keep the document in his/her desk drawer until all signatories completed and the sign on process. Fulton Banker further stated they would do that, however they were TOO BUSY to facilitate the transaction and we would need to make an appointment. We traveled to another competitor bank and opened up a new account with them. BOTTOM LINE, FULTON Bank has lost our Business.

No longer a Fulton Bank customer because of this branch. Went to get wedding checks deposited and the male teller made it impossible. My wife wasn’t on the account and some checks had her name on them. She came in person to give verification for me to deposit them! Since some checks had her maiden name and some her married name, he told us we couldn’t deposit them until she was on the account. And only then we would need birth certificate to prove maiden name and marriage certificate and legal name change form to prove new name. We didn’t have 6 months to wait for these forms and owed the guests the courtesy of acting on the checks quickly.

I use Fulton Bank for my employer, and I usually only ever go to the drive up window. This last visit I needed to go inside to fill out a deposit slip and when I got in line there was one woman in front of me. When a teller became available she never indicated as such to the woman in front of me. Finally the woman glanced at me with some questioning frustration. As the teller looked up she saw this and huffed and rolled her eyes, at the same time indicating, somewhat impatiently, that she could help her. I could not believe what I was seeing. So unprofessional. I was very disappointed to see such blatant disrespect. On a side note, the other teller was great. She patiently worked with a customer before me answering many questions. Very kind and professional.
