We highly recommend Great Windsor Chairs. The owner is helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a gorgeous queen size bed. The workmanship is exceptional. Mike helped us through the entire purchasing process including packing and shipping.
We will fully enjoy this beautifully constructed piece of furniture.

We ordered eight dining room chairs after seeing their website and two phone conversations. When they arrived we were thrilled with them. Their comfort and beauty exceeded our expectations. We finally made a road trip and visited their store. It is definitely worth the trip. We purchased two bar stools and enjoyed seeing everything from the website in person. We plan to order exterior and interior lighting for our new custom home. The customer service is excellent. Their response to enquiries is timely, they are very knowledgeable, and the prices, including shipping, are reasonable.

After a lot of research, we ordered a Pennsylvania farm table from Great Windsor and simply put, it turned out gorgeous! Mike was super helpful and provided a lot of advice along the way. We did this all long distance from California based off of online photos and conversations. The quality and craftsmanship of the final product is simply unmatched from any furniture store here in the West, as they are truly heirloom quality. And we get frequent complements on our table since it was done in stunning tiger maple. Even the door-to-door delivery was first class all the way. So if you’re considering it, go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

After a lot of research, we decided to pull the trigger and order a Pennsylvania farm table and simply put, it turned out gorgeous! Mike was super helpful and offered a lot of advice along the way. I did this all long-distance from California after reviewing many online photos and pics. The quality and craftsmanship is simply unmatched from big-box stores that are common here in the west. Please keep in mind these hand-crafted pieces take at least 3 months to build and another 5 or 6 weeks to transport across the country, but if you're patient, you're rewarded with an heirloom of unmatched quality. We get frequent compliments on our table especially since it was done in stunning tiger maple. So if you're sitting on the fence, go for it, you won't be disappointed.

We received our six birdcage Windsor chairs yesterday evening, delivered by truck from the chair builders. The quality of work is stunning. I have been a fabricator for over 40 years and I can tell when someone does top quality work. This level of furniture workmanship is simply not available from either furniture stores or national brand stores at any price. Most of the furniture that Great Windsor Chairs sells is derived from the post colonial era, so if traditional American styles are not your taste, you may not find what you want there. However, if you appreciate extraordinarily high quality hand made pieces, this is your furniture store. We visited the showroom in Lititz, Pa. a couple of months ago and spent well over an hour with Mike who answered all of our questions, gave us excellent advice and eventually took our order. He estimated a four month wait for delivery and we got the chairs in only two months ... custom made, custom finished and delivered. We could not be happier.

All of our pieces from GWC have been above expectations.Michael is extremely polite and attentive, and provides a great service to fantastic furniture. The value is above any other company I have found so far.

I ordered a Windsor bench with the antique crackle finish and it arrived today. Gorgeous. It is so hard to find quality furniture at a reasonable price with all the imported stuff on the market. This is a real quality piece. It is a risk buying furniture sight unseen but with their great reputation I knew it was a safe bet.

This store makes wonderful furniture. My neighbor showed me lovely Windsor chairs and table he ordered from them and they are beautiful with fine craftsmanship. Can't wait to order. As for the one negative review, it doesn't count, as it has nothing to do with the products. I've done a lot of shopping and pricing and Great Windsor Chairs has the best quality furniture at the best prices.
