Our experience purchasing a car from Keller Bros was positive in every way. Mason was a friendly, responsive, and helpful. The used car we purchased was in amazing condition at an excellent price. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2021 jeep wrangler unlimited rubicon. It was all thanks to Gideon. He went the extra miles for me ... literally he bought the jeep to my house for a test drive! My experience was a comfortable and he actually made car buying enjoyable. I contacted Keller Bros about a used 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel X. Mason G. is the Sales Person that took my call. We started discussing the particulars and the questions he asked throughout made me feel he was actually listening to what my needs were. Although I did not get the vehicle, as someone was willing to pay more for it, Mason has continued to try and work with his team to find another one. We communicate at least twice a week with updates and possible options. As someone who comes from a Sales Management background outside of the Automotive World, it is important that any one who is looking for a new or used vehicle work with someone they can trust and feel confident is doing everything they can to provide the right vehicle at a fair price. And do not forget the after sale support and communication! Mason G. is that person.

I am from Ohio and was looking for a new 1500 Rebel. I dealt with multiple local dealerships who were all junk with terrible business practices. I found Keller Bros had the truck I wanted. I called and worked with Gideon over the phone. Gideon was absolutely excellent at communication and got me to the number I needed to be at and built trust with me which made me feel comfortable driving 7 hours to pick up this truck. Gideon was just as exceptional in person to deal with. Gideon seems to genuinely care about people and listens when you speak.
The reason for the 3 star review is because Jake, their sales manager, was terrible. Extremely pushy sales person who would not stop pushing warranties and paint protection plans after being told no multiple times. He is clearly there to make commission and does not care about the customer or even listen to the customer. He made multiple errors on paperwork and acted like it was no big deal. This happened numerous times and had to be corrected. It would be a long post to go into detail but Jake was not pleasant to deal with and makes the place look unprofessional. The detail department also did a half effort job of detailing the truck before sale. I pointed out two areas with scratches on the paint as well as a chipped accent part on the interior. Not acceptable when you are buying new. They did say they would send me a check to replace the interior accent part but I did not get that in writing from them. The detail manager came out to look at the scratches and took the truck back to the shop to buff the scratches out. Overall, poor experience with the sales manager and detail department.
Gideon is the reason the truck was sold. Had it not been for him, I would have never made the drive or I would have walked out on the deal. Great job, Gideon!

I think Keller Brothers Dodge ram is a very personable establishment, their attention to detail is unsurpassed, the sales team was above and beyond, my experience with buying this truck was epic, they work with me in every way you can imagine and I drove out of there in a very beautiful truck,I’m very happy, I like that they have young people on the floor,my salesman “Gideon “was very attentive and helpful, I don’t think he really has any life experience with trucks or diesel trucks, that really doesn’t matter,He was very helpful.buying this truck was a pleasurable experience, the staff the keller brothers are top-notch.I will definitely recommend anyone that wants to buy a new vehicle to go to these people , they know what they’re doing ,they’re very good at it.Thank you to my salesman, thank you for the financial staff, and thank you to the woman that keeps coming out of her office to make sure that I have water or coffee or soda or anything else that I could possibly need ,what a business👍

Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had! I live 4 hours away from the dealership and they made the trip absolutely worth it! We worked out vehicle selection, pricing, financing, and my trade-in over the phone. When I got there I was greated by name with handshakes and smiles. They had my truck parked out front, on display, and shined up with a big congratulations with my first name sign in the window! They did all the paperwork beforehand so that after my test ride, it took only 15 minutes of my time! The experience was personalized, easy, and fast!

My experience with Keller Brothers Dodge was amazing! Mathew and Harrison were EXTREMELY helpful and so patient with me. They helped me get out of my money pit and into this beautiful 2019 Chrysler 300 S. I’ve had the car for about a month now and have ZERO complaints. 1000% would recommend this dealership to everyone! Dealership charged 40$ more(23%) than other dealers for same part and then charges 3% more for credit card pmt. Needed part same day so had to pay it.
