I personally come to the table believing that car sales person and entities are inherently crooks, so bear this in mind when reading my review. I purchased a car from Keller Bros because of a young gentleman who had much sincerity and transparency in his customer experience and commitment. His name was Joel. It was because of Joel that I purchased a truck from this establishment. While I appreciated the support systems behind him that ultimately made the deal work to where I would sign it... the golden egg was Joel.. Having people like him on the front lines really make an impression. Though I'm sure everyone else there was committed and dedicated, it was him who truly made me choose Keller Bros over what seemed like endless other dealers in Lancaster County.

I am posting from my husband’s account because I wrote a review 7 years ago and it wouldn’t let me write a new one. So that tells you I’ve been a Keller bros buyer for over 8 years now lol.
I was looking at purchasing a newer vehicle. I set up some appts and made sure to put Keller bros last because I had a slight feeling I would end up buying another edge but wanted to test drive a few other options. I purchased my 2010 edge here and now purchased my 2023. Jackson was amazing and showed me several edges after the one I went to see was already being purchased. I ended up getting a better fancier one than I was interested in at first. Kendra our finance consultant was awesome and even ran everything through our bank to engage we received there best interest rate. Thank you Keller bros for another great buying experience.

Dave and his team at Keller Bros Ford have gained my trust and far exceeded my expectations with communication and details of repairs. I have had a lot of bad experiences at other repair shops, therefore I always have reservation when dropping off my vehicles. I cannot say enough about the level of expertise, understanding, and dedication from this team of people when it comes to their customers and repairs. Thank you so much!

Diana was our sales person and she did an amazing job of discovering our needs and helping us to understand what was available and how we could use it to our advantage to be able to get as comfortable as possible in a new vehicle for my wife. She clearly understands her products and she took the time to understand our needs and help us meet them - we left with a new Bronco and very satisfied. I would highly recommend Keller Brothers, Diana and the sales team.

From out of state on a visit to the area I test drove the vehicle with a very informed, no pressure, pleasant salesman.
After helping me compare with a similar vehicle from back home and combining the sale price with an additional reduction in cost they provided a loan option with a decent rate and we completed the purchase. Thanks for the Bronco Raptor.

My vehicle battery failed without warning on a Saturday morning, after the Service Department closed for the weekend. People in the Sales Department provided me with a loaner vehicle after my vehicle was towed to the dealership. The battery issue was resolved the following Monday morning; overall, everything was taken care of in totally satisfactory manner.
