“My washer stopped working at my house so I decided to try Big Wash for my laundry needs. The laundromat is spotlessly clean and there are numerous small, medium and large washers. There are also plentiful dryers. Not having been there before, I wasn't quite sure of the procedures. When I arrived at 715am on July 01 25, there was a most helpful gentleman there to assist me. He patiently showed me how everything worked and walked me through the process. I washed, dried and folded my laundry in no time and I was on my way. Thank you, Big Wash, and your employee for a job well done. I'll be back even after I get my washer fixed. You're the best! Rick”

“Dolly’s Wash House Coin Laundromat is a small family business that has been running for more than 20 years. To keep costs down, they operate the place themselves seven days a week. The machines are not new but are well-maintained. Personally, I find this place has an old character and historical charm that hasn’t been replaced by new high technology yet. All the machines take quarters, and they also have an ATM and two change machines inside the business.
The washers are fairly priced; one of their biggest, at 35 lbs, is $4.50. Despite being a small laundromat, they always have a laundry attendant who is helpful with any questions or problems. The bathroom is locked for customers only, and there is no Wi-Fi available. A parking lot is available for Dolly’s customers.
The location is great—it is close to McDonald’s and an Asian market next door, and I enjoy walking to the Peruvian chicken place nearby. The biggest charm of this place is their drop-off service for alterations and dry cleaning. Monday through Friday, they offer same-day laundry drop-off service as well. Although they are not responsible for any unattended laundry items, they have security cameras throughout the store to ensure customer safety.
I only use this place for big comforters, but compared to other places I’ve been (one in Dublin and one in Darmstadt), this is a pretty decent and charming old-fashioned laundromat.”

“Place is as old as by 35 year old daughter. No air conditioning, no restroom, no snack or drink machines and usually the detergent machine is out of order. However this place is where I've always gone and I won't stop even though the floors are now unlevel and my laundry cart tends to roll away ...it may be in rough shape but it's still the place to go if you wanna do laundry ...m”

“I brought my suit in for cleaning. It had probably been two years since I've gotten it cleaned. It was embarrassingly dirty. It needed lots of tlc. I dropped it off on Friday and they said three day service, which would make pickup on Wednesday. But even during the busy season they got it to me by Wednesday. I was thinking that maybe I needed to buy a new suit with how dirty and worn out my suit was. But I was thrilled by their work. They made it look almost new again. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my dry cleaning needs.”
“The best. Location is a huge plus. Great service. I met the gentleman here and he only wants to please. Very nice guy! Its clean. Has a bathroom, that you can actually use. Best of all, plenty of machines and its usually not busy. Best coin op laundry in Lancaster County.”

“Known this location for awhile.. glad to see it finally getting remodeled. The space is much cleaner and brighter than before. They’ve also added a bunch of new machines, including a few 60 lb washing machines which came in handy washing my bed comforters. Heard they’re continuing to upgrade the place.
