The new system for credit card payments is very frustrating and adds a cost with the time now required to add more time. Vacuums are also not well maintained. This was a 4-5 star place 10 years ago, but this place has been added to the list of companies where the consumer is shortchanged

This place charges more to your card than the machine says. I did the hand wash for 5 dollars then added one more. Was charged 10. So they stole 4 dollars. Pretty pathetic for a business to operate that way.

I Love Riptide, did I mention they have washer/dryer to wash your mats as well as free vacuums with a monthly membership! Save time and money at Riptide. If you have multiple vehicles you can get a discount of additional vehicles (at the time of this review).

On April 19th, 2023 I decided to get my car wash. The sign out front said "Get a showroom shine every time". I went thru the automatic car wash and paid the $15.00 for the Ultimate wash. After the wash was completed I went to vacuum my car. I notice that my car was not clean. There was a gentleman working there at the time. I told him that I just paid $15.00 to have my car washed and it's still dirty. He walked over to my car and said you are not going to like what I have to say. He said you have hand wash it once in a while. He said if you don't an automatic car wash will not clean your car. I said I just paid $15.00 and it's still dirty. He reached down and rubbed my paint and said see you need to hand wash it. He then walked away. They need to change their sign. I sure didn't get a showroom shine.

I will continue to use the wash for self service purposes, however after spending over $8 in quarters to get the “heavy stuff” off of my new black truck, i went to the auto wash and paid $15 for the “Ultimate Wash” which proved to not be so ultimate. After i pulled out of the dryers my truck was lift with water marks, smears, and showing lots of reminiscent of the dirt that was on it. Do not recommend, especially with a black vehicle.Service: Auto detailing
