I had an emergency with our dog on a Friday afternoon and our vet wasn't able to get him in. I called 4 local vets in a panic including Lititz Vet. None had any time in their schedule to see him. About an hour later Lititz Vet called me back and asked if I could bring him in right away. I took him in and I was so impressed because they had already contacted our regular vet to get my dog's medical history so there weren't any delays in treating him. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor to the vet tech were so helpful. The vet took very good care of our dog.

Our greyhound broke her foot badly last week. The staff at Lititz Vet, from start to finish, was understanding, compassionate, and professional. They got us in THE SAME DAY and then scheduled a surgery within a couple days...and we weren't even previously patients of their practice!
The surgery went great & our sweet dog is three-legging it around the house while she recovers.
Can't recommend this practice enough!

This place rescheduled my kittens spay appointment twice. Then my husband drops her off at 8 am and surgery did not begin til 1 pm and then they wanted me to wait until 6 pm to pick her up. I told them no I am coming at 5. I get there and this place is awful it looked like a back woods vet that accepys chickens for payment. The staff in office were incompetent..I had to tell them my cats name 4 times. Did not welcome anyone who came in. I am just glad I have my baby back. They r inexpensive that's about it. Oh and they shaved my baby way too much. She small and is so cold without her fur.

I have taken my pets here for years. My pets have always received excellent care and attention from the staff. They are knowledgeable and compassionate.

Went to different clinic after seeing staff yell at a customer in parking lot when transporting pet in trunk with middle of split folding seats down receiving air conditioning… he would have received a careless driving citation if animal was to crawl in his lap while driving if placed in the passenger compartment of vehicle. Clinic needs to write their senator if you they do not agree with state law. Vigilante acts on this customer by “professionals at a place of business” will encroach PA legislature section 2709 title 18 ch. 27 (a) (2).

Dr. Bill and staff are the best! We have been going there with all of our dogs for over 30 years. I trust any staff member there with my babies!
