Shelly, at the Lititz Moove In location, was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though the office was very busy, she took the time to show me the actual storage unit and to thoroughly review access procedures, pricing and lease-end procedures. Great place to store your stuff! Secure facility with pin pads at all entrances and a large gate to keep non renters out of the outdoor storage units. Would rent here again!

I’ve been with you for over 5 years. From the first year I rented the price doubled and then almost tripled and it wasn’t even climate controlled. The ceiling dropped down and was never fixed. Staff was very personable and always met my requests. Very easy to deal with.
