Air conditioner quit working on a stretch of 90° days. Nevco had a technician out first thing in the morning and fortunately it was only a capacitor. Technician had one on the truck and we have cool air flowing again!. Thanks Nevco for the great (and timely) service!

In this day and age, it’s a pleasure doing business with a Company like Nevco. Dealing with their service people, fuel oil delivery drives and office personal personnel all were courteous and professional, and their customer service is outstanding.

I reached out to NevCo the middle of 2023 about replacing oil furnace to gas. I accepted their quote to replace the furnace with the understanding that we would swap it out when my oil ran out. I had issues getting ahold of Nevin to get this confirmed. I had to call the office to tell Nevin to reach out to me which he finally did. Fast forward to the beginning of winter when my oil ran out I called and they were able to get out several days later to swap out the furnace. When I checked the swap everything looked fine but the old furnace was still there though this was supposed to be removed per quote. I also had the issue where the furnace would not keep up with the temperature the thermostat called for. I called in and discussed with Nevin. He said they would have to come out and increase the temperature of the water. One and a half months later they stilled hadn’t shown up. I called back in and they finally came out to fix the thermostat issue. They still didn’t take the old furnace. I have worked with NevCo for years and very disappointed with this experience especially the communication (or lack there of).

Today is a day earlier than I was told I would be getting fuel oil. The driver Jason was very polite courteous and a darn good driver to get up our 300 and some foot driveway backwards. The oil delivery truck was like a showpiece. And the driver was very polite and courteous. This was a new installation being filled up for the first time and Jason went over it with a fine tooth comb and gave it his thumbs up. After he filled it he checked for leaks outside and inside along with proper installation too .It's hard to find concerned employees anymore. Thank you Nevco for providing us your service now and in the future but hopefully not too soon at today's high prices.Your prices saved us some bucks too!!

Excellent Service! We ran out of fuel for our Septic Pumping business (my fault), and I called them yesterday 4/12/23 to place the order and they delivered fuel around 5 am the next day 4/13/23! Our fleet can fuel up this morning thanks to Prompt Service by Nevco! Highly recommend! Thanks Nevco!
