“I had previously visited another branch looking for a specific can of paint. In the previous store, the employee behind the counter spent 10 minutes ignoring me and talking on the phone, only to tell me they didn't have the paint I wanted.
This branch was the exact opposite. Not only was I helped immediately, but the staff were nice instead of dismissing and very helpful. They had the paint I wanted as well. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The other branch should send their employees here to do training on how to properly treat customers.
I would highly recommend this branch to anyone who likes Sherwin Williams paints.”
