I ordered pretzels for the Super Bowl a week in advance for a specific 4 o'clock pickup. When I arrived the staff had placed ALL customers in the same line regardless of if they ordered or when they ordered. That line was over 2 hours long. When I went in to talk to the manager I was berated and cussed at for asking for my pickup order or a refund. I will never go back to this location.

Warm, nicely salted, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Yum! If you have room in your freezer, the specials are a great deal.

I was there two days ago to get the 3 free pretzels if your name started w the letter J . The workers were so nice to me but I feel so bad bc they don't have AC. Just have the front door open. Was hotter inside than outside. We're having like 100° week Please get your workers AC they deserve it.

Stopped in on a hot July afternoon and got pretzels and dip. 3 ladies working in a very hot store! Kudos to them for working in the heat!

I pre-ordered for Super Bowl Sunday. I walked in and the place was absolutely jampacked. Everybody was working so hard and diligently to get everything out the door, and I overheard the manager saying “keep it up, we’re almost done”.They were like a well oiled machine. Cranking out pretzels! ?????

I ordered a party pack and mustard yesterday 12/16/21 for delivery today 12/17. I paid, tipped and had confirmation for today between 12:45 and 1:15. At 12:15 today, I received a cancellation that they cannot fulfill the order. Are you kidding? I am 2 hours away trying to surprise my brother on his birthday and you wait until the time of delivery to cancel my order? This is terrible, terrible. This should not happen. Thanks for ruining my brother’s birthday and my day as well.
