Facility and grounds are nicely kept. Tunnel washes the car okay except the tire shine. The tire shine only makes it on to about 30% of my tires. I've never been to a Carwash that doesn't hand scrub your grill and hood to get the bugs off the front before you go in the tunnel. They don't do that so you won't get hardly any bugs off your car here. I've also never been to a Carwash that doesn't include drying towels. This one wants you to buy them for $5. No air duster either, just vacuums. Vacuum suction is fantastic. The tire shine, bugs, and drying towel issues at the $35+ membership price point is too much of a downside to give more than 2 stars because it puts this Carwash very low on the totem against other car washes that don't have these issues.

I suggest their name should be Ripoff Car Wash. Im a subscriber to their unlimited club but today I wanted to add the wheel wash. I handed over my credit card for the upgrade. The cashier was having a problem processing it so he said go through and he'd hand me my card and receipt on the other end. To my surprise he charged me for a full car wash. I walked in to the office and made note of this and he said I had to speak to the manager - I explained I have unlimited club and wanted the wheel wash upgrade just for today. She said we can't do that. So I have to effectively pay for 2 car washes? I said that's a ripoff. I said I will be giving them a bad review. Another employee standing there chimed-in said I have a bad attitude. I said I'm happy to pay for the upgrade but they said that's impossible. I said OK then give me a refund. After some back and forth the manager agreed but held my credit card in the air and said she would only give it back if I agreed to leave the premises and not "engage" her employees. Now here's the best part - wait for it - my wheels are STILL DIRTY.

This car wash left a lot of soap spots on my car. When I called I was told “it shouldn’t happened.” It is also expensive for what it is.

CAREFUL WITH THOSE REAR WIPERS. Mine ripped off after they taped it. They reimbursed me for the cost, but I went through several stores and many miles to find the parts. A free carwash where the wiper DOESN'T get ripped off would have been a nice gesture. I even asked for one, and I was denied.

A bit expensive for wha what it is. The free vacum is very nice but I always have issues with the wash. It never fully cleans any of my cars. That in itself I would give a four star but they have a big issue with cars skipping on the track they have. Multiple times I've gotten stuck at the end were i realized and had to prematurely put the car in drive so i wouldnt get rear ended and once it actually caused an accident where the car in front of me started skipping and my car was pushed into theirs causing damage. To make it worse they seem to pack cars so close together when it's busy that I end up just drive by because I'm worried of damaging my car again. Don't get me wrong I've been going here for years at this point since there isn't many options here in lititz but I definitely make sure to leave plenty of space between me and the car ahead despite being waved in.

Speedy, great service, and always happy with my wash. Free sweepers have excellent suction and do a great job.

I purchased a wash book for 5 riptide (top quality) washes. When I went to get a riptide car wash, I was given a midtide (mid quality) wash. When I called the manager on duty. I was told that my situation was unfortunate. The truly unfortunate thing is I have more washes. I wish I could return those.

This is the worst car wash. I just spent 13 dollars and the car is still dirty. The wheels looked terrible, not even clean as I went home and had to hand clean each wheel what a waste of money. Next time it's back to Landis Wash and Lube as they do a great job.

Got my car cleaned well with the automatic wash and my car looks good! The free vacuums and mat cleaners are awesone!

It's ok for what it is. Their blowers / dryers, I still have water on my windows after and dries with spots. MR Carwash has much better seating system with rotating blowers.

Top 3 best car washes I have been to in Central Pennsylvania. The monthly subscription is very reasonable
