I ordered two bookshelves online, and paid for them. Drove 45 minutes to the store only to find out that they canceled one of the bookshelves without notifying me. Since I needed two, I just canceled the other one. So glad I wasted an hour and a half driving time and several gallons of very expensive gas. Thanks a lot guys.

I got my girlfriend a set of AirPods for Christmas from this target, but one of them didn't work so we brought them back to exchange them. After being told that we had to try a different location since the one we were out was out of stock. We called that target and they said they were in stock so we went 30 minutes out of the way to go to that target only to be told that there was a glitch in their system and that the previous Target (Lititz) had some. Well, after several phone calls and a wild goose chase, we ended up back at the Lititz store by a customer service worker named Alexa. She not only went to the back to check for the product herself, but when she couldn't find any, she helped us make an online order through the store to retain the sale price. Excellent store and excellent service. Thanks Alexa!

Target's drive up services are so good, they deserve high praise. We were quarantined due to an immediate family member who brought covid into our house. I appreciate that the staff at Target follows all recommended/mandated safety precautions. Online ordering is very easy and using the app is a snap. My orders were ready far more quickly than I had expected. The system allows you to let the folks at the store know when you are leaving your house and they are waiting for you when you arrive. There was absolutely zero contact between me and the people who deposited my order into my trunk. This was a relief; I did not want to be the one who might possibly spread the virus to someone else. Kudos to Target. A+++

I stopped in today and we were doing our weekly shopping. I noticed a customer in the store shopping without a mask on. Sign in front of the store clearly states ALL shoppers must wear a mask. I went to customer service after checking out where there was a little gathering of employees. Finally a young lady asked if she could help me, I mentioned about the customer without a mask and was told there was nothing they could do. Then the security guard mentioned that yes there was nothing he could do. If I wanted he said I would need to call the local police department it was there job. On the way home I saw a local police officer and he was shocked that that was the reply I got from the store that it is there job to comply. Epic fail on Target, I mentioned to the security guy that it was his job to make the store safe for shoppers and if he was not willing to do that we would have to shop where customers safety was important. His reply was that was my right! At this point not very pleased!

This is my main target that I go to since it's the closest to where I live. The store is clean and well organized along with great employees that are always well mannered and helpful. I enjoy the new drive up service they now offer if your in a hurry and want to order online and have it brought out to your car. They also always keep things well stocked so I rarely ever have an issue with things I need not being available. Overall a great target!

All hail the big red balls that bless us with questionably priced goods. Praise be to the orbs.

They never restock there shelves. They are always out of everything you need. There is never anyone around to help you out. I have been to a lot of Targets and this one is worse.

We shop (or try to) at the is store often and rarely do we go there and find all the items we came for on the shelfs. My guess is its a stocking issue in that they stock the shelves at a given time and then that's it until the next time rolls around. The last visit, Tuesday they were out of milk and cat food. My recommendation would be to have personnel in charge of sections of the store with the responsibility of keeping an eye on the shelves. If my shopping experience is similar to other then this store is loosing a lot of money. We've actually been bypassing it and going to the new Target in Lancaster and keep in mind there is a Wegman's opening soon.

Target First, the store was clean and well stocked. The associates were pleasant and appeared unbothered when asked for help. There were two price scanners that were broken - and I could not get a signal to access their cartwheel app to check prices. Also, the check outs were full - if they could, more isles should have been open to eliminate the check-out stress and delay. Overall it was a nice store with smiling employees and unique items.

This target was a great target trip for me. Everything was stocked and organized, staff were very helpful, and everything including the bathroom was cleanly. Enough registers were open at a time and the self checkout works perfectly, unlike some self checkouts at grocery stores. The Starbucks inside this particular target was very nice, and the staff were just learning, but did a great job with taking our order and making our drinks. The service was a tad slow, but we didn't mind because it wasn't drastic.
