I have been trying to get my mailbox key for over a week and a half now. I went in almost 2 weeks ago for a change of address and to let them know that I need my mailbox key for my apartment down the street. I was told that it would take 1 to 3 business days. Three business days would’ve been last Friday. It is now Thursday of the next week and I still have not received a call from them that my key is ready to be picked up and the lady on the phone was getting angry with me when I asked how long it would take to get a call about my key and told me not to call and that they will call me.

My first time shipping anything and the lady was rude and impatient with me. Made fun of me for not knowing that I couldn’t use a white sticker because that meant “priority mail” and proceeded to open my package in front of about 5 people waiting in line.

Nathan was working at the front desk of this location when I asked a question about mail forwarding that was not received. He yelled at me several times before he was able to compose himself. Very unprofessional interaction.

The usps is conveniently located in downtown and offers all usps services in that nice building.

I have been dealing with the staff in this location for the past four years since I moved to Lititz with my family. The staff is the best and they are very professional and very courteous.

**edit: Didnt realize the Juneteenth public holiday is recognized today on the 20th. Would be great if all USPS could update their hours in observance. Still would be great if this location had better service.Just moved to lititz and been to this location 3 times to get a receipt for package drop off. There is never anyone behind the counter when I come and 2 of the 3 times the window was closed and locked. What's the point of having open hours posted then? Will be using a different post office in the future, one I know will be reliably open, even if it's super out of the way.

I work from home and use Usps to ship almost everything I send out, I have had my share of post office stories since starting my career and few are good, but the past two days I have been searching for a package that was delivered to the wrong address and after being hung up on by the supervisor! I went in to my local post and talked to a worker Stacy, she has put in a bunch of work, even going as far as making sure someone took my info down by telling them she is going to call and them and make sure! I have never had someone go so above and beyond for me at a post office before, even offered me a tic-tac while she was calling and searching for my package! Stacy, you rock! And I wish every postal worker carried the attitude you do!

Everytime I need to interact there's a problem. My mail is regularly smashed into my box. Being government shouldn't mean you get to do a bad job and not care.Had to revise this from a 1 to 3 star after working with Stacie there, she was awesome. Need a lot more like her.
