Trash service. It’s 9/25 still not here. Paid 2 day. Then promised be there in 5. 10 days later still nothing. Do not ever something you NEED. Maybe stuff you would like to have. Job I needed the items for have come and gone!

We had a very bad experience with shipping and products sold to us, knowing they did not have them in stock. Eleven days later still missing products but, they continue selling knowing they do not have products in stock.

This company posts items on their website and then when you order them they go elsewhere to get the product. This delays the delivery date to unacceptable levels. When you try to cancel your order they claim it may not be “possible “ even though the order is still listed as being “processed”. Do NOT do business with this company.

They ship directly from the manufacturer which takes days, if not weeks. Customer service sucks, FAQ's are useless, overpriced for the service you don't receive and the list goes on. Do yourself a favor & go elsewhere. And no - I don't need to email anyone - you suck & I'm gonna tell everyone.

As a first time customer I didn’t sign up for the plus program wanted to see their service first
Added items to cart then seen shipping was a little high but not too bad decided to order free more things added then and to my surprise the shipping cost went down by quite a bit which pleased me so placed the order but then was a little off put that items were coming from 3 different warehouse in different states but received all items in just a couple days unfortunately a fryer was damaged in shipping contracted websturant and they had a new fryer shipped out that day and didn’t even require me to send the damaged one back
They seem to really have it together and I couldn’t ask for anything more they will now be my go to place to supply my food trucks and I’ll be signing up for the plus program on my next order

Beware of this company. We needed tables for an event so we joined their WebstaurantPlus to ensure expedited shipping on the tables they showed in stock! They sent us one fairly quick, however we never received the others. We contacted them and they informed us they were on backorder for a few months. Now we are stuck with a table we really did not want, but purchased because it was in stock! They got us on this one! Be very Careful when ordering. I believe they will tell you anything to get the sale.

They never package items correctly and the deliveries always spill and get damaged literally %100 percent of the time. I’ve actually never had an order not spilled.
Their tracking is never correct and sometimes it will say something is delivered and they haven't even processed it yet.

Their delivery times have really gone down hill. Incredibly unreliable and packing is a joke. If you are able to get your items elsewhere, do it!

Horrible experience. The worst customer service we have had in years. They couldn’t troubleshoot a question about a gas fryer without an order number, which we didn’t have since we don’t order the units only operate them. They said they need it to look up the warranty. The item was brand new. What we needed was troubleshooting on the operation. Terrible service. We do not recommend Carnival King products if they can’t answer general questions about them over the phone

We have been ordering from webstaurant store for about 10 years. The reason that we are giving them 1 star is because of our last transaction. We have ordered over a 1,000.00 dollars of flat ware, dishes and glass ware, and out of all items received we had 6 salad bowls that have been broken from shipping company. We have emailed webstaurant and explained that we received the salad bowls and 6 out of the 12 were broken. So they asked if we could send pics of the damaged bowls, so we sent pics. Webstaurant had emailed us back and stated that they could credit us for the 6 broken bowls. So now they only sell the salad bowls in a set of 12. So now we decided to order the set of 12 and we asked if they (webstaurant store) would ship at no charge. Webstaurant store had denied the no shipping charge. This is great, you would think webstaurant store would put a claim into the shipping company for the damaged bowls and do the right thing. Webstaurant store is the only site that sells these bowls that are the rest of the dinner ware. So if your thinking that we're trying to get over on this simple order, we're not. We figured if we ordered the salad bowls and the 50oz bowls that webstaurant store would at least only charge us for the 50oz bowls. And this is after my wife had talked to a customer service supervisor (Angelica K) who had stated that they would only give us a 10.00 credit. The shipping cost just for the salad bowls are 29.00. We had ordered the 50oz bowls and the salad bowls to complete the set. Thank you (Angelica K) for your lack of customer service decisions. After this order, we will not reply on webstaurant store to make good on the products/vendors they support.
