So after my third attempt on a baconator I must say they have looked the same . A few small pieces of bacon . Not the 6 full strips like advertised . Will not being getting another one . Rip off .

I am beyond furious, I was craving a frosty and some nuggets around 8:50 pm on Monday January 22. And when I pull up through the drive through I politely ask the worker for my nuggets and frosty, she proceeds me with an attitude. I pull up to the window to find 2 teenage girls looking up at me phone their phone while the other person takes my card. Which no receipt was given. They had the window shut and I read their lips when they said “just give it to her like that”. when I pull to the parking spot to find if there’s anything wrong with my order and the frosty was watery and on top of that it tasted disgusting. I didn’t even touch the nuggets since they were COLD. Those KIDS should have a adult supervising them, since the cashier looked more mature and didn’t even have manners to speak to me. horrible experience.

This most recent trip was the best Wendy’s food experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s in years. The food was fresh and hot. The staff at the window might need some training in what they say around customers but working with the public sucks, so I understand it.

I have been going here since 2019 as it is better than the one on Lincoln and it is in a convenient location. However, the mobile app works like 45% of the time so not their fault but when it does I get my order done wrong for very basic burgers every so often. For a bit, i stopped using the mobile app but lost out on getting points for “free food”. That’s when i was going back into the app to see if it was fixed for the login method through google, and it was. Did some orders through there but eventually the app was having issues again, so i have been using the qr code in the app and ordering manually at the drive thru. There have been plenty of times where i order manually at the drive thru and the order is made wrong. If you make the complaint online though, they tend to make it up to you. They have a crazy amount of customers at 12-1pm and 4-6pm at the drive thru. Be patient and be polite, and you will get your food with a smile.
