After arriving at my storage unit I quickly realized that it was too small. It was on a Saturday. I called customer service and she got me another storage space. Super thankful!

While the people at the main customer help number are great and very responsive, the Littlestown Storage Sense isnt great. If you want to rent space there, go look at it first and definitely go for a unit on the uphill side of one of the buildings. Our unit in the downhill side leaked. The internal roads aren’t in great shape either, and during our tenancy there didn’t seem to be an actual onsite manager.

I have a unit at the littlestoen location. A June 2025 I called and left a message for someone to contact me about an issue I have. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM!
It is now July and I have contacted them several times. I was told each time they would escalate my issue and have the manager call me. So far this month I have called them 6 times about the issue and keep getting told they will escalate the issue and have someone contact me.
My next phone call will be to Brian Roche from On Your Side. Maybe they can get some results regarding my issue.

This place is awful! All my furniture got ruined and don’t even bother trying to reach a manager because whoever answers the phone gives you straight attitude like it was their stuff that got ruined smh so unprofessional so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

There was a little snafu when we got to the facility. There was already a lock on the unit we were assigned and needed to spend some time on the phone to get it resolved. This set back our moving schedule by about an hour. Other than that, the process to sign up online was smooth and the communication has been great in getting the info we needed.

I have been trying to reach the manager since 1/20/25 due to the snow to see if they plowed and as of today 1/23/25 @ 7 pm I am still waiting for a call back.
They may be a decent storage facility but there LACK of customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

It was easy to get my stuff in and had absolutely no problem with getting out. They provided excellent customer service when I had to call. Definitely recommended you to friends who have storage units to switch .
