“I am a very hard stick and the poor phlebotomists felt personally bad when they could not get that first try. Two of them tried to manipulate the stick, but just could not coax anything out. It seemed like a great vein too. The second stick was a charm! These women were great! I have had a lifetime of multiple sticks so I expect it; they, I think, thought they let me down…they were fantastic!”
