Ridiculous that I have to wait 15 minutes for chicken. Next time, let me know before I even make the purchase. No one told me anything. I luckily got a refund but I have things I have to do! It’s common courtesy to tell your customers if there is going to be a wait.

Two times, in a row might I add, they forgot the CHICKEN in my breakfast sandwiches. Like come on guys, it's not like you missed a condiment. Check your sandwiches before leaving or just save yourself the hassle and go to Sheetz.
