“I use this post office on a daily basis and have come to value their great customer service! We are always greeted with respect and kindness, and our packages are handled with care. Customers receiving our packages give good reviews regarding shipping and timeliness. A special thumbs-up to clerk Penny for her advice and suggestions, as well as her acknowledgement of my children each day. Keep up the great work, Newport!”
“The postal delivery went above & beyond! Delivery at S Front st. Very nice young lady doing a tough job. Thank you for always getting us our mail & packages. ?”
“I am not sure who my ups driver is for my route but he is awesome. I’m disabled and he noticed that I went to bring in a big box of medical supplies he took the time to help me to bring it into my apt. Also I’ve lived here for 17 yrs. Out of the 17 yrs I’ve had 3 pkgs delivered to my home that wasn’t mine. All 3 times it was the holiday season. Nine chances out of 10 it would have been the runners mistake. Thank you sir and stay safe.”

“Employees are always helpful. People are on here stating the workers don't answer the phone. The post office had a new number put in place, I guess people did not read the message. 10/10 as far as I'm concerned.”
