I needed to store some things as I moved to Lock Haven. This place was great. First off, the owners were extremely nice. Second, the price was reasonable. Third, my storage unit was inside a building where the garage door opener that shut off at 7:00 and reopened at 7:00 a.m.. great situation. When you want to come and go. Also got my security deposit back within 2 days of cleaning out. Highly recommend!

Awesome place if you need to store stuff. We had a 10'x30' storage unit for 2 years with absolutely no problems!

I wish they would allow online payments instead of having to send money orders. But I had no issues getting a storage place here and haven't had any issues in over a year using this place.

Have a variety of sizes for storage indoor 7am to 7pm..and outdoor entry 24hr availability...and have spacious building to walk around to look at vender booths from candles to Christmas ornaments and lawn flags to picture blankets...cabin furniture...old apple crates..collectible Barbies...

Terrible company to do business with !!!!! DO NOT do direct deposit with them they will charge your card even after you tell them not to ..They have no idea what's going on day to day ..I delt with Bob from day one another guy tried to tell me I had signed my contract with a woman which I didn't it was Bob .... I would look else where for a storage unit ..There are less expensive ones through out lock haven that actually know how to do business and have some customer service skills ...And keep all your paperwork if you do get a unit there

My family has rented a number of units over the years and we have had nothing but positive experiences. Their price is lower than almost anybody else and the convenience of their location and the condition of the facility are all top-notch. I recommend best self storage to all my young families who don't have enough room in their house. A storage unit can be a very convenient thing and very affordable.
