Best Western Lock Haven provides good, comfortable rooms with comfy beds and hot showers. The hotel appears recently renovated and is in excellent condition. Its location is right off main routes but away from city noise, offering a quiet stay. The staff is consistently noted as very helpful, personable, and providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with late check-ins, early check-ins, and travel complications. While some features are older, they are adjustable and functional. The breakfast meets expectations. Overall, it is a reliable and clean safe haven, with many guests stating they would definitely stay there again.
It was fine! The breakfast was what I expected. The room was good, and the beds were comfy. Nothing really stood out to me as above and beyond for our stay, but it was quiet and a safe haven away from the tent camping we initially set out to do.

We broke down along the interstate and this was the closest hotel. The staff was very helpful, they found us an Uber driver to come get us, and allowed us to have the car towed there.

Exceptional customer service. Heather helped us out so much! Rooms were clean, the showers were hot. Great location. Definitely would stay there again!
