Customer service is absolutely horrible. There seems to be no privacy in this bank. I walked in asking to speak to someone in a private office regarding a financial matter. An much older lady had to elevate her voice across the entire bank asking " for what". In all my years if I ask to speak to an agent I don't recall me having to update the desk clerk on exactly what. After waiting for sometime another younger lady let us know whose voice was also at a 10 asked us the same question again! After giving her and the entire bank a brief description, we were told they would not have time today due to short staff which I totally get. I was in around 2:45pm the bank closes at 4pm.... With that being said we will be looking at other banks for our Home Loan.

I just don't appreciate the surcharge fee whenever I write a check from my account to someone.

My daughter was very ill in the children's hospital and the trips to Pittsburgh and cost of that stuff drains everything you have. Balancing on a thread I accidentally did something that drafted me and I called them and told them what had happened and when your life is spinning out of control like that you can't keep anything straight. They know if you are poor and made a mistake or poor at managing your money and if you do right theyll do right by you.

The bank hours kind of suck. Staff is a little judgy but it's a bank.

I have had a business account here for several years with pretty good results. One of the reasons to have a business account is so the deposits are available same day. I did a deposit and tried to get a cashiers check and was told that it wasn't really available and I would have to wait till the check clears. Why does it show available if it isn't. Time to change banks. Talked to the manager Wes who blamed me for not identifying what i was doing with my deposit and didn't care one bit that I was going to switch banks.

Absolutely the worst bank in regards to customer service and their banking processes. The customer service is terrible and they don’t care about their local customers regardless of how long they have done business together.I just spoke to the branch manager in Lock Haven, PA this morning regarding an overdraft charge against my account. The account online and through the automated system does not show a negative balance ever occurring, but I was charged. This same thing happened to me once before. I was I informed in a very abrupt manner that this was the same manager who helped me last time and will not do a “courtesy” waive this time regardless that it’s the same issue. I was told it doesn’t matter what I see online, they will charge a fee to any customer depending on how the charges process on “their” end that can’t be seen by the customer and never will. Even the bank representative I spoke to at the branch earlier this morning prior to the branch manager calling me back stated she could not understand why and that the bank system doesn’t always show why. That’s not sketchy.This is the same manager who also committed to me that the overdraft would be taken off of my account, but never was. We have been doing business with FNB for sometime now. When I advised the gentleman that if this is how they are going to continue to do business I will be reconsidering my banking business with them, he simply replied ok I understand and disconnected. He tone was of one who didn’t even care.If I am not able to go through the automated system nor the website to review and manage my banking based upon what is being reported from those sources, then why bother even having them?
