Prices going up, up, up. Manager won't budge on price if item damaged or if a teacher wants to buy in bulk for a school play or classroom project.

I am a part time reseller and I source a good amount of my merchandise from this store. Prices are usually decent although some things can be priced a bit high. They have a large selection of clothing and media. I make it a point to stop at least once a week and always find a few things worth my time. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend a stop by if you are in the area.

i was at the lock haven goodwill a couple days ago and the assistant manager Christina was very biased and disrespectful towards me and the customers. i am very upset about how poorly this store is managed due to the fact that this store is supposed to help people. i will not be returning back until the assistant manager has left.

No dressings rooms to change into- if the clothes don't fit, suffer the loss or take instore credit. No $ back. Very high priced. They will sell garbage from a dumpster. Very greedy. For profit. $$$$$$

this is hands down the best thrift store within an hour radius. the selection, employees, prices, and bonus saturday sales are just so much better than the one in Williamsport. it's like a little treat when I get to shop here. ?

Dressing rooms not open return policy is reasonable but the store credit is absolutely ridiculous because you need to use it the same day you return items. I went in last weekend and didn't find anything.. need to start putting store credit on a gift card instead would make it alot easier.. because technically I return something and can't find anything you got my money and I didn't get anything which technically means you are stealing

Store seemed nice but no fitting room and short return time policy. Then only get store credit to be used day of return…. I have always been a Goodwill shopper but won’t be returning.

Reasonable pricing and clean store. Unfortunately the dressing rooms aren't open / have been turned into random storage rooms which sucks. :/
