I needed a 10'x10' unit for a few months as we prepared to move out of the area. Susan was wonderful to work with, and the unit was clean and dry and met our needs perfectly. She was very responsive, and the policies for storage and payment were very fair. Upon leaving a clean unit, my security deposit was promptly returned along with a hand written thank you note! It was great doing business with Blueberry Mountain Storage.

My wife and I have had a unit here for about 2 years. The woman thats owns it is an absolute gem She is easy to work with, very pleasant and generally just a really nice lady. I recently lost the keys to my padlock & was there trying various keys I had laying aroumd, none worked. The owner happened to be there and asked if I needed help.She not only offered me a bolt cutter but also a padlock for temporary use.How nice is that ? Highly recommended!!

The woman I spoke with was abrupt & curt. Lacked professionalism. I inquired about renting space on behalf of my company as I am a vendor. She doesnt accept credit or debit cards. Cash for the first month and personal check/cash thereafter. Who does that?
