Theresa, who is now retired, was always kind, friendly and professional in her approach to customers. I not only received her excellent service, but was able to observe her interactions with others in the line ahead of me while I awaited my turn. That great experience of service continues, with the new team in place, especially Aisha who is kind, patient, knowledgeable and so helpful. “The staff is always friendly and polite here. We live in a community where mail boxes aren't allowed, so we're here regularly collecting mail. It's heartbreaking that politically motivated extreme cutbacks at the USPS hasn't allowed for every office to be fully equipped with PPE during a pandemic, so we donated what little extra we had at the beginning of the shut down and one of the employees left a handwritten thank you card in our mailbox. I only wish we could have done more. We appreciate you, American Postal Workers ❤”

“Not every time when I enter this post office am I treated like a human; with respect and empathy. When I visit this post office and I see Mr. Michael Green behind the front counter, I know I am about to be treated tremendously. He knows almost every person by name, including myself and box number. He almost ALWAYS has my package at the counter before he even has the chance to take my slip. This is the type of person you want in Charge of a Post Office. Not the current one who treats every single person with an attitude and we leave feeling degraded. In all honestly, Michael is the ONLY reason I have not switched Post Offices. He deserves everything great to come to him.”
“In 659 Main St, Tobyhanna, PA 18466, all the workers are very efficient, professional, and hardworking, I ordered alot of items from Temu, but at checkout it default to 7155 mountain dr, instead of 7155 Robinwood drive, I was in the office to tell them what happened and all my packages was delivered to the correct destination, afterwards they didn't forget or ignore my complaint. My packages were delivered intact and promptly. Thank you so much for saving the stress.”

“I do not understand why this post office has a 3.8 rating? Very nice, empty and clean. A guy came out and helped me right away. It also has 24 hour access to PO BOXES. You guys up here should experience some NY Post Offices. Then you would know how good you have it.”
