Our vehicle was sent to Biter's for repairs after a collision. It was our first time dealing with repairs through insurance and all the hassle that comes along with that. The staff here was amazing. April, the secretary explained things to me that the insurance company left me confused about. She reassured me that everything would be taken care of and they handled all the extra work. She's very knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to answer all of my million questions without any issue. Her communication is top tier, she called me right back if she ever missed a phone call from me, even when I didn't leave a voicemail! I got to meet Todd when I dropped off payment and he was exceptionally kind and even made sure to remind me to have my children's carseats replaced. He did a superior job with the repairs, and they even cleaned the interior that had coffee splattered everywhere from the collision. The vehicle looks brand new again, inside and out! My family is rather new to the area so we are happy to have found a quality business we can use for future repairs if needed.

My daughter and i were in loretto at st michaels cemetary and i had gotten stuck . Called biters after hours and they answered right away he came within minutes and had me back on the road so quickly ... highly eccomend. And thanks Todd!

I had some pretty extensive hail damage all over the body of my car. Biter’s took fantastic care of my car by removing all of the dents and repainting it to look like new! Called for a tow, gave phone number and location of vehicle. They said they would call if any problems. Two days later I called the garage where work was to be done, it never got dropped off. Called Biters, never even got picked up!! They said their tow truck was down. Why the hell didn’t they tell me that or call back. Going to miss 4-5 days of work because of their complete incompetence!!! This never would have happened when Joe still owned the business. I’ve known Joe all my life and have done business with him many times. Since his kid took over I’ll never do business their again nor will I ever refer people to them.

They've done lots of work for us over the years and are always extremely detailed and fast! After an accident my Malibu needed two doors and fender replaced and it required a special paint color because it couldn't be ordered in. They mixed up a batch and matched it EXACTLY and even gave me a little tube of it to take home in case I needed any touch ups from scratches in the future! Work was pristine and I couldn't be happier.
