Excellent first time experience. Quick and friendly service. These guys got me back on the road in literally less than 10 minutes. I was running a bit behind today after work, showed up literally 8 minutes before closing time, had me in my rental and out the door before I knew it! Thanks to everyone at enterprise rent-a-car for absolutely saving the day!

Not to bad on price. The cars are nice and clean and they do a walk around with you to check any damage before you take the car witch I like.

As usual, no hiccups, no snags or delays, no problems with the extra day needed. No problems with the car despite over 2200 miles.

Always friendly and accommodating. Cars are always clean and never had an issue with any of the rentals and have been renting from here for 10+ years. Awesome staff.

Have always used this company because it is close to my home and has reasonable prices and the type of vehicle I need. Was disappointed in the condition of the vehicle I rented - I pointed out the tires appeared worn and they did check them and showed me that they were still in the green but were low. Offered to exchange for another vehicle but when they checked it, the tires were worse than the one I had. I did take the car knowing to drive more cautiously in the rain - which we were going to be driving through. The windshield wipers needed replaced - I had to drive through rain going to and returning from my destination and they were awful! And an alert came on saying we had a faulty light - it was a burned out back up light on the drivers side. They did discount me for these inconveniences but I am concerned about future dealings based on these issues. Who is inspecting these vehicles on return? What’s more important - full gas tank and no dents or scratches on return or providing a reliable vehicle? I am elderly and want to drive a safe car.

These people were excellent. They made it so easy to arrange for my rental. They met me at the collision center so I didn't have to go any further then that. Courteous by all means.Thank you ?

I rented a vehicle from them for 3 days through insurance. Opted in for the extra insurance for the vehicle through enterprise. An extra $30 a day. The original rental was for 3 days. They said they’d call to see if I wanted to extend the extra coverage if my vehicle took longer in the shop. My vehicle took a week longer than expected. To my surprise no call from enterprise. When my contract closed up they charged my card on file over $300. Without calling to ask or even giving me a reason. They say they called after the fact that I call them and ask what this charge is about and say they called. I had two voicemails left from unknown numbers 5 seconds long a piece. They basically told me though luck nothing they can do about it. Very shady business practices. I’d avoid giving this place your business and find a company with a little better business practices.

RESERVING RENTALS DOESNT MATTER TO THEM. reserved a rental. got told on the sunday that we left for vacation, that they do not have any vehicles available. so i was left with no vehicle. thank you enterperprise. biggest in the business and ya'll do this...

Criminals work here. Was in an accident and my insurance company was providing a rental. Enterprise was close and my insurance company deals with them. My insurance adjuster sent all my info to them and said I'll need 50$ deposit. And just show up the next morning for my rental. I uber down at 10am the next day. They tell me they have no record of me and regardless I'll need to make an appointment contrary to what my agent told me. They said they won't have a car for me until I make an appointment for the following day. I uber back home, I'm not home for an hour when the call and say they have all my info and nobody at the office opened the email from my insurance until after I left. So I uber back down. I get my rental and go to pay my 50$ deposit and they are charging me 180$. I said there is a mistake I'm only obligated to pay 50$ deposit. 25mins after they all huddle together in a backroom, they apologized and told me the person who logged my information was newly hired and put the wrong data in. 2 weeks later my car is repaired and ready for pick up. I called my insurance agent and let him know that I'm dropping off the rental and getting my car back. He said everything is good on their end. I drop the car off and Enterprise says I owe 280$ because insurance only covers 10 days of rental. So while there I called my agent back and asked him, he said absolutely not and they had the rental extension permission for the last 5 days already and they owe me my deposit back only. Once again they blamed it on someone not opening an email from 5 days ago and told me my deposit will be refunded by the next day. 2 days later no refund, called Enterprise, they blamed it on my bank. 4 days later no refund, called again and apologized said no one there closed me out for the refund in the system. So with that and a weekend, it took 10 days for my refund. Please stay away from this place, they are either grossly incompetent or white collar criminals.

No fault of theirs. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted, nor the one I had reserved. They were unfortunately waiting for vehicles to be returned. They were very accommodating.Not my first time renting from them, staff has always been very nice.

This is written for Micki who posted a week ago. I must have possibly rented the same vehicle you did due to having the same issue. Vehicle ran fine however, the interior had much to be desired. Dash was wiped and apparently a deodorizer was applied in the vehicle bf departing the shop. Drove to Oklahoma to pickup family and was questioned by my pregnant daughter if I took up smoking cigarettes. She started feeling ill 30 minutes into the trip due to the stinch coming from the interior, which she had to endure for 8 hrs. until we arrived to San Antonio. Corporate was contacted and alerted to the situation.Said all I had to do is report port to San Antonio Intl Airport to simply switch out the vehicle. I was assured on 3 different phone calls they had availability. No, they did not... Waited an additional 2 hours waiting on a compact SUV after I was assured it would be a close match to the vehicle I originally rented. Not the way to start a family vaca people. I will again call Enterprise to again request the same modele Midsized SUV to complete my trip. I will demand a refund for our inconvenience concerning the aforementioned. Will update this post in a few days.SP
